Fortnite Treasure Hunters is live. Epic finished the v43.00 downtime at 08:12 UTC on November 1, 2026 (3:12 AM EST, 1:12 AM PDT), and the One Piece season is now playable on a new map called Crossbones Isle. Epic’s patch notes confirm One Piece powers that turn you into Luffy or Ace, A$AP Rocky as the first Boss, 11 new Sprites, a new Ranked season and four weekly drops through November 21. This page sticks to what Epic itself has published. Where Epic hasn’t said something yet, we say so.

Epic posted the v43.00 notice on October 30: “Scheduled downtime for v43.00 begins at 1 AM ET (5 AM UTC). Matchmaking will be disabled 30 minutes prior.” US clocks went back an hour during the downtime (06:00 UTC in the East, 09:00 UTC in the West), so the table mixes daylight and standard time. Crossbones Isle: the new Treasure Hunters map
Epic says Crossbones Isle is “built for 80-player matches”. You can climb into a cannon to launch yourself across the island. These are the locations Epic describes in its v43.00 update notes:

New weapons and One Piece powers
The One Piece items are the headline. Epic lists them in the notes like this:
- Gum-Gum Fruit: turns you into Luffy. Long-range rubber punches, foot slams, and a charged launch that sends you flying.
- Flame-Flame Fruit: turns you into Ace. Rapid fire shots, finished with a Fire Fist.
- Zoro’s Three Sword Style: three katanas for close range, with a dash to stay on top of opponents.
- Usopp’s Slingshot: a marksman weapon with heavy rounds.
- Nami’s Tangerine: restores health and shields, plus a boost while moving through water.
- Meat on a Stick: heals, then keeps healing for a short while.

Unvaulted: Sentinel Pump Shotgun, Auto Shotgun, Flint-Knock Pistol, Sidearm Pistol, Machine SMG, Tactical SMG, Hammer Assault Rifle, Zipline Deployer, Overdrive Grenade, and Slurp Juice, Shield Fish, Jellyfish, Slurpfish, Hop Flopper and Spicy Fish. Epic says the Lever Action Shotgun, Frenzy Auto Shotgun and Flapjack Rifle come “later in the Season”.
Big changes: Gold Bars are vaulted, so Follower services are now free. Vending Machines are gone (Pocket-O-Matics stay in Zero Build). The Golden Apple now gives 40 effective health instead of 50 HP, and any healing past your max HP goes into your shield.
Fortnite Treasure Hunters Battle Pass: what Epic has shown
Epic’s season announcement on fortnite.com names Portgas D. Ace and Nico Robin as Battle Pass characters, plus new anime looks for Jonesy, Cuddle Team Leader and Charlotte. If you gift the Battle Pass to a friend, you both get a bonus Dark Kawaii Team Leader Outfit style.
- Price: 800 V-Bucks. Epic’s help center says that has been the Battle Royale Battle Pass price since March 19, 2026.
- Fortnite Crew: subscribers can claim the premium Battle Pass rewards. Epic’s Crew screen also says you can add 25 rewards at any time with the Battle Bundle.
- Not announced in Epic’s posts: the full reward list, how many pages it has, and the pass’s end date. We’ll add them once Epic publishes them. We won’t list leaked rewards.
Zoro and Buggy: Epic’s notes say top regional players in the One Piece: Zoro Cup (November 6) and One Piece: Buggy Cup (November 13) can earn the Roronoa Zoro and Buggy Outfits and their accessories, plus a Fortnite x One Piece: Treasure Box in eligible countries. Captain’s Days and weekly drops (dates)
Epic calls the weekly content drops “Captain’s Days”. The first one started with the season. According to Epic’s fortnite.com announcement, it starts at 9 AM ET on November 1, with more on November 7, 12, 14 and 21. On the first one, A$AP Rocky docks at The $.$. Rocky as the island’s first Boss. Beat him and he can drop his Shock Rocket and the new Lil’ Flacko Sprite. Epic also hints at a “mysterious Map Fragment” that is “just one piece of something bigger”.

New Sprites in Treasure Hunters
Sprites return as the season’s collectible system, with 11 new ones in the notes. Wanted Posters and Sprite Chests also appear “in bigger numbers” this season, according to Epic.

Variants: the Fortune Sprite reveals nearby Chests, the Cursed Sprite raises your chance of rare variants but water hurts you, and the Gold Sprite (from November 12) gives bonus elimination XP. Did Fortnite ranked reset for Treasure Hunters?
Yes, a new Ranked season started with v43.00. Epic’s notes say “A new Ranked Season begins in Battle Royale! Fight your way back up the ladder.” New rank rewards:

Reload, quests and other modes
- Reload: the v43.00 fixes post only lists two Reload fixes (a mobile HUD Pocket Item slot and an early “Top 10% Survivor” message in Ranked Reload). Our Reload map rotation and loot pool guide tracks the rotation.

- PC: new installs on integrated graphics default to Performance mode, Dynamic 3D Resolution is on by default for new installs, and it now works with DLSS.
