The Marvel Rivals Season 11 release date is Friday, November 13, 2026. NetEase’s official Season 10.5 roadmap ends on a card that reads “November 13: Season 11.0, Coming Soon”. The start time has not been announced yet, but every season and half-season since July has gone live at 09:00 UTC (1:00 AM PT, 4:00 AM ET, 9:00 AM UK), with about two hours of maintenance. NetEase’s creative director has said Season 11 brings two new heroes. Neither has been named officially.

Quick answer
- Release date: November 13, 2026, the last date on NetEase’s Season 10.5 roadmap (published October 7). That is 16 days from today.
- Start time (expected, not confirmed): 09:00 UTC with about 2 hours of downtime. That is the pattern, not an announcement. Several Season 10.5 events also end at exactly 09:00 UTC on November 13, which fits it.
- New heroes: two, according to the developers. Doctor Doom and Nightcrawler are leaks only (details below).
- Rank reset: yes. Ranked resets with each new full season. You play 10 placement matches, and they start from your Season 10 final rank minus 3 divisions.
- Do before November 13: finish the All Hallows’ Glow event and Galacta’s Gift Vol. 3, and play 10 ranked matches if you want the Season 10.5 Gold costume.

When does Marvel Rivals Season 11 start?
The date comes from NetEase. The @MarvelRivals account posted the Season 10.5 roadmap on October 7, two days before the half-season launched. It has one column per week: October 9, 16, 23 and 30, November 6, and finally November 13, “Season 11.0”, with a “Coming Soon” teaser in place of artwork. Insider Gaming ran the image with credit to NetEase the same afternoon.
Two official end times back up the date. The Version 20261015 patch notes end the All Hallows’ Glow event on “November 13th, 2026, 09:00:00 (UTC)”. The Version 20260924 notes end Galacta’s Gift Vol. 3 at the same minute. NetEase usually closes a half-season’s events right as the next patch goes in.
What hasn’t been published: Season 11 patch notes, a Season 11 trailer, or a Dev Vision video. NetEase posted Dev Vision Vol. 22 on October 7 and the Season 10.5 patch notes on October 8, so expect the Season 11 notes, which carry the exact start time, around November 11-12.
Marvel Rivals Season 11 release time in your time zone
These times assume the usual 09:00 UTC start. US daylight saving time ends on November 1, so US times are one hour earlier than they were for Season 10.5 in October. Servers normally reopen about two hours later.
| Region | Expected maintenance start (Nov 13) | Expected servers back (approx.) |
|---|---|---|
| US Pacific (PST) | 1:00 AM | 3:00 AM |
| US Eastern (EST) | 4:00 AM | 6:00 AM |
| UK (GMT) | 9:00 AM | 11:00 AM |
| Central Europe (CET) | 10:00 AM | 12:00 PM |
| India (IST) | 2:30 PM | 4:30 PM |
| Japan (JST) | 6:00 PM | 8:00 PM |
| Australia East (AEDT) | 8:00 PM | 10:00 PM |
The pattern behind those numbers comes straight from NetEase’s own patch notes:
| Season | Patch | Official start (UTC) | Maintenance | New hero |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Season 9 | Version 20260711 | July 10, 09:00 | ~2 hours | Jubilee |
| Season 9.5 | Version 20260807 | August 7, 09:00 | ~2 hours | The Hood |
| Season 10 | Version 20260911 | September 11, 09:00 | ~2 hours | Gorr the God Butcher |
| Season 10.5 | Version 20261009 | October 9, 09:00 | ~2 hours | none (two new modes instead) |
| Season 11 | not published yet | November 13 (time TBC) | TBC | two promised, unnamed |
Four launches in a row at 09:00 UTC is a strong pattern, but it is still a pattern. We’ll treat the time as confirmed only when the Season 11 patch notes say so.
Marvel Rivals Season 11 new heroes: what’s official
Season 10 shipped only one hero, Gorr the God Butcher, and Season 10.5 added none. Two Path to Doomsday modes (Infinity War and Endgame) took that slot. In Dev Vision Vol. 21, the Season 10 developer video, creative director Guangyun “Guangguang” Chen addressed the gap. FRVR quotes him saying “a single-hero season isn’t the new normal” and reports that he confirmed Season 11 will launch with two heroes.
What’s still unknown: who they are, and whether both arrive on November 13 or one comes in Season 11.5. Recent seasons have split their two heroes between the launch and the mid-season patch: Season 9 brought Jubilee on July 10 and The Hood followed in Season 9.5 on August 7. So “two heroes in Season 11” does not have to mean “two heroes on day one”.
Season 11 leaks: Doctor Doom and Nightcrawler (unconfirmed)
This section is a leak, not an announcement. On October 7, the leaker X0X_LEAK pointed to a new in-game gallery card that shows Moon Girl holding a weapon they link to Nightcrawler, plus an “incursion” they read as a Doctor Doom tease. FRVR notes that the same leaker listed Doom for Season 11 back in June. It also says earlier gallery cards hinted at Jubilee and Gorr before their seasons. NetEase has confirmed neither name. The event name, Path to Doomsday, nods to Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday, which is one reason Doom is such a popular guess. Until a trailer or patch notes name them, treat both as speculation.

What ends on November 13, and what carries into Season 11
Not everything from Season 10.5 disappears on launch day. The Path to Doomsday modes and their events run past it. These are the end dates in NetEase’s patch notes (all UTC):
| Content | Ends (UTC) | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Twitch Drops (Angela – Will of Galacta) | Nov 6, 09:00 | Version 20261009 |
| Fate Witches / Midnight Monsters store discount (Oct 16 trio) | Nov 13, 02:00 | Version 20261015 |
| All Hallows’ Glow event (free Rocket Raccoon – Trash King) | Nov 13, 09:00 | Version 20261015 |
| Galacta’s Gift Vol. 3 (Costume Coin exchange) | Nov 13, 09:00 | Version 20260924 |
| Path to Doomsday – Avengers: Endgame event (free Captain America costume) | Nov 26, 09:00 | Version 20261022 |
| Infinity Finale event (free Thor “The Avengers” costume) | Dec 10, 09:00 | Version 20261009 |
| Path to Doomsday – Avengers: Infinity War mode | Dec 11, 09:00 | Version 20261009 |

Does ranked reset in Season 11?
Yes. Season 11 is a full season, and ranked resets at the start of every full season. The current rules come from the Season 5 patch notes and were adjusted in Season 7:
- Your first 10 ranked matches are placements. If you finish them in Season 11, you keep that rank into Season 11.5.
- Your starting estimate is your last season’s final rank minus 3 divisions (NetEase calls them sub-tiers). Celestial II and above (Celestial I, Eternity, One Above All) all restart at Grandmaster II. Bronze III to Silver III start at Bronze III.
- Since Season 7, each placement match tracks your own performance, and the 10 games then move your rank by -100 to +100 points.
Before the reset, the Season 10.5 Gold reward is still open: Jeff the Land Shark – Razor-Tooth. You need 10 ranked matches in Season 10.5 and Gold or higher when it ends. NetEase can tweak these rules in any season’s notes, so check the Season 11 patch notes when they drop.
Competitive players should also note that Season 11 is the last Marvel Rivals Championship stop of the year. The Season 10 notes say that after Season 10, “only Season 11 remains as the final stop for 2026 Championship Points”, ahead of the Ignite 2026 annual qualifier.
What else to expect from Season 11
From the official material, Season 11 brings a ranked reset and the two promised heroes. Anything beyond that (new maps, modes, the battle pass theme, the season’s story) hasn’t been announced. The Path to Doomsday storyline will clearly keep going into Season 11, since its Infinity War mode stays live until December 11. It has been a busy autumn off the battlefield too: NetEase published stricter speech-moderation penalties on October 16, and Marvel Rivals was among the games caught up when PEGI re-rated loot box games to 16.
