Riot’s new Valorant agent Hush is a telekinetic Duelist from Guangdong who joins in Season 26 Act VI. Her five abilities, reported Oct 27 date and trailer.

Riot Games has revealed Hush, Valorant’s next agent: a telekinetic Duelist from Guangdong, China, who arrives in Season 26 // Act VI. Riot premiered her cinematic, “RISE AND FALL // Hush Agent Trailer”, on the official VALORANT YouTube channel at 06:00 UTC on October 18, just before the Champions Shanghai grand final.

Riot hasn’t put an exact date in the trailer or its description. Dexerto and VLR.gg report that she joins the roster on October 27.

Who is Hush?

Riot’s description calls her “VALORANT Protocol’s new reality-bending Duelist joining from Guangdong, China.” The cinematic shows off her powers in a neon-lit restaurant, where she floats objects through the air and throws a room of thugs around, then ends with her sitting down with Brimstone at Protocol. Riot first teased her on October 15 with a 48-second clip titled “FINAL WORD,” and the official account has since released her theme, “It’s You” by Karencici.

Hush’s abilities: what Riot has shown

A minute-long ability breakdown from Riot’s official Korean VALORANT channel shows her full kit in gameplay. The English ability names below come from Riot’s kit reveal as reported by Dexerto and other outlets. Riot hasn’t published numbers yet (cooldowns, costs, durations), so we’ve left them out.

  • Telekinesis (passive): picks up weapons and the Spike, and uses switches, from further away than other agents.
  • Flow (C): instantly places an anchor, then pulls Hush toward it after a short delay. Used in mid-air, she hovers in place briefly before she launches.
  • Flashbulb (Q): a flash she can throw straight away or hold, then reactivate to send toward her crosshair. It blinds players when it hits a surface or after a delay.
  • Displacement (E, signature): works like Flashbulb, but its blast pulls players to the center. Anyone slammed into a wall or another player is concussed. It recharges every two kills.
  • Suspension (X, ultimate): a wave she steers with her crosshair. Reactivating it or firing detonates it, and every player caught in the blast is lifted into the air.

The pattern is clear: almost every ability can be redirected mid-flight. That makes her a Duelist who sets up kills by moving enemies, not only by blinding them. Pulling defenders out of corners with Displacement, then catching them with a curved Flashbulb, looks like the core combo.

When can you play Hush, and how do you unlock her?

Act VI started with Patch 13.08 on October 13, so Hush lands partway through the act rather than at its start. The October 27 date comes from outlet reports. Riot will normally confirm the date in the patch notes for the update that adds her. Riot hasn’t explained how to unlock Hush yet. Recent agents could be earned free by gaining XP during a limited-time recruitment event, or bought with Valorant Points or Kingdom Credits. Check her unlock terms when Riot posts them.

The timing also matters for esports: the reveal landed hours before LOUD beat Team Vitality to win Champions 2026, (see our report on the looting of Vitality’s V.Hive in Paris during that run). VLR.gg notes it isn’t known yet whether Hush will be playable in the upcoming VCT 2027 Kickoff qualifiers.

What’s next
