PS Plus members on every tier, Essential included, can claim Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered and Monster Train 2 from November 3. On PC, Asleep: Act 1 is free to keep on Steam until November 2, and GOG is giving away A New Beginning: Final Cut until the same day.

The US clocks go back on November 1, so Epic’s 16:00 UTC swap is 11 am Eastern and 8 am Pacific. The Steam deadline of 18:00 UTC is 10 am Pacific.
Epic free games in November 2026
According to Epic’s own free games data, Sorry We’re Closed stays free until Thursday, November 5 at 16:00 UTC. It’s a fixed-camera survival horror game from à la mode games. At that moment Flotsam takes over until November 12. It’s a floating city builder from Pajama Llama Games where you scavenge an ocean of garbage to grow your town. This is the cozy pick of the month if you like low-pressure builders. Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is a Dungeons & Dragons idle game that’s already free-to-play, so Flotsam is the one to claim.

Epic usually reveals the next week’s game when it swaps on a Thursday, so the games for November 12 to 19 should appear on November 5. Anything you claim stays in your Epic library. Our Sorry We’re Closed giveaway post has more on this week’s game.
PS Plus free games for November 2026 (Essential)
Sony’s PlayStation Blog announcement confirms November’s monthly games for every tier: Dead Island 2 (PS5, PS4), Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered (PS5, PS4) and Monster Train 2 (PS5 only). You can add them from Tuesday, November 3 until Monday, November 30. Sony gives no hour. They aren’t free to keep outright: they stay playable only while your PS Plus subscription is active.

October’s games (F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2) can still be added until Monday, November 2. Sony hasn’t announced November’s Extra and Premium catalog additions yet. It usually does that mid-month.
Free Steam and GOG games you can keep
Two full PC games are free to keep right now, and both end on November 2:
- Asleep: Act 1 (Black Hole Games, Windows, Mac and Linux, normally $9.99). Steam’s page says “Free to keep when you get it before Nov 2 @ 10:00am” Pacific, which is 18:00 UTC. It’s a 2D horror game where you use light against creatures that each react differently to it. Worth your time if Halloween left you wanting one more short scare.
- A New Beginning: Final Cut (Daedalic Entertainment, Windows and macOS, normally $9.99). GOG’s giveaway data ends it on November 2 at 14:00 UTC. Claim it from the banner on the GOG.com homepage while signed in. It’s a point-and-click adventure about a time traveller trying to stop a climate catastrophe.
The free-to-keep Classic American Hunter Pack for Hunting Simulator 3 runs until November 12 at 18:00 UTC, but it’s a DLC: you need the base game, which isn’t free. According to Sports Interactive, the FM27 Launch Preview has been free since 6pm GMT on October 29. After November 3 you need to pre-purchase it to keep playing before the full launch on November 10. The Xbox Free Play Days games are in the Free Play Days collection under the Subscriptions tab in the Xbox Store. Pearl Abyss’s Crimson Desert notice says the trial covers the base game only, works once per account, and your progress carries over if you buy it.
Game Pass in November: what’s confirmed
Game Pass isn’t free, but it’s where most new “included” games land. Xbox hasn’t posted its first November wave yet. The Next Week on Xbox post for November 2 to 6 already lists five Game Pass arrivals. They are GRAVHOUNDS (Game Preview) on November 2, Pit of Goblin and the Football Manager 27 PC early access on November 3, VOID/BREAKER 1.0 on November 4, and Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School on November 5. Prime Gaming free games in November 2026
Amazon hasn’t posted its November Luna update yet. Its October update appeared on October 6, and the November page didn’t exist when we checked at 05:20 UTC. October’s last two Prime games, Trash Goblin (Epic Games Store code) and Kiborg (Amazon Games App), arrived on October 29. Amazon’s post gives start dates only, so check each game’s claim card for its deadline. Claim them at luna.amazon.com/claims. We’ll add November’s games when Amazon announces them.
Still to come later in November
- Epic: Epic normally swaps its free games on Thursdays at 11 am Eastern (16:00 UTC in November), so expect new ones on November 12, 19 and 26, each revealed a week ahead.
- Xbox Free Play Days: Xbox Wire posts each weekend’s lineup on Thursdays, usually at 15:00 UTC.
- PS Plus: the Extra and Premium catalog for November, and December’s monthly games. Going by Sony’s usual last-Wednesday reveal, that should be around November 25.
