GTA 5, Red Dead Redemption 2, FM26 and The Talos Principle 2 head the PS Plus Extra and Premium games reported to leave on Nov 17, plus deals to buy them.

GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 are leaving PS Plus Extra and Premium in November 2026, along with Football Manager 26, The Talos Principle 2, Cricket 24 and up to seven smaller games. Sony added them to the “Last Chance to Play” row on October 20, and the reported leaving date is Tuesday, November 17, two days before GTA 6 launches on November 19.

  • Leaving date: November 17, 2026 for GTA 5 (Sony’s own in-console notice); the same date for the rest, according to PlayStation LifeStyle and ComicBook
  • Who it affects: PS Plus Extra and Premium members (Essential never had these games)
  • Where to check: PlayStation Plus on your console, then Collections, then the “Last Chance to Play” row
  • Checked: October 21, 2026, 11:45 UTC

Full list of games leaving PS Plus in November 2026

Sony does not publish the Last Chance to Play list as a blog post, so this list comes from outlets that read the row on console. PlayStation LifeStyle took it from the Japanese and Asian stores first and marks several games as “select regions”. ComicBook and Insider Gaming published slightly shorter lists, so the table shows who reports each game.

Prices come from the US PlayStation Store pages, where each game still showed “Included” for Extra members on October 21. A dash means we didn’t check that store page. Regions differ: GamingBible noted that on the morning of October 20 a Reddit user saw only Football Manager 26, Thank Goodness You’re Here! and The Talos Principle 2 on the US row, and that more could be added. The longer list above has been reported since. Your own console’s row is the final word for your account.

When is GTA 5 leaving PS Plus?

GTA 5 is the one date Sony has stated itself. In a console notice reported by PlayStation LifeStyle and KeenGamer, Sony says GTA 5 is in the Extra and Premium catalog “only until November 17”. That’s two days before GTA 6 arrives on November 19.

The catalog version on the PS Store is the PS4 and PS5 bundle, which includes GTA Online. The reports only cover that catalog copy, not standalone GTA Online purchases. If you play through the catalog, you’ll need your own copy after November 17.

Is Red Dead Redemption 2 leaving PS Plus too?

Yes. RDR2 is on the Last Chance to Play row reported by all three outlets, and PlayStation LifeStyle and ComicBook give November 17 for the whole list. Unlike GTA 5, Sony hasn’t put out a separate notice about it. The US PS Store lists the standard edition at $59.99. RDR2’s story is long, so if you’re partway through Arthur’s journey, now is the time to pick it back up.

Deals worth a look before they go

Buying a game keeps it for good. The US store on October 21:

  • The Talos Principle 2: $8.99 (was $29.99) until October 22, 06:59 UTC. The Deluxe Edition with the Road to Elysium DLC is $9.89 (was $44.99) until November 5, 07:59 UTC. Both are offers for everyone, not just PS Plus members. Worth your time if you liked Portal or The Witness and want a long, thoughtful puzzle game. PS Store
  • GTA V and Great White Shark Card Bundle: $24.99 (was $49.99) until October 22, 06:59 UTC. It costs less than GTA V’s $39.99 list price on its own.
  • GTA 5 and RDR2 discounts for some accounts: the US store data also lists GTA 5 at $19.99 (to November 5) and RDR2 at $14.99 (to October 22), but those offers are flagged for selected accounts only. Check your own store page before you pay full price.
  • Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom is $39.99, but the PS Store has a free demo. It’s a lovely pick for fans of colourful, old-school platformers.

What’s next for PS Plus

The games leave when the November Extra and Premium lineup goes live on November 17. ComicBook expects Sony to announce November’s Essential games on October 28, and GamingBible expects the Extra and Premium reveal around November 11. October’s additions, including Horizon and Mafia: The Old Country, are in our PS Plus Extra October 2026 roundup. If you’re replacing GTA 5 with its sequel, our GTA 6 pre-order guide breaks down the editions. PlayStation LifeStyle notes that Sony sometimes adds games to the row mid-month, and we’ll update this list if that happens.
