Stranger Than Heaven (January 15)
RGG Studio’s new action-adventure follows Makoto Daito across 50 years of his life, through five cities and eras of modern Japan. The PlayStation Blog gives Friday, January 15, for PS5, and Xbox Wire says it’s a Play Anywhere game on Game Pass from day one. Worth your time if you like the Yakuza and Like a Dragon games but want a fresh cast.
Titan Quest II 1.0 (January 19)
The action RPG leaves Early Access on PC on January 19, according to Grimlore’s Steam announcements. If you’re tempted, buy soon: the price goes from $34.99 to $39.99 on November 6, 2026, and to $49.99 at the 1.0 launch.
Metroid Ravenous (January 28)
Samus is marooned on an unknown moon and uses new “Metroid instincts” to devour her enemies, as Nintendo’s store page describes it. It’s a Switch 2 exclusive for $59.99 on the eShop, and Nintendo’s store also lists a Special Edition at $119.99.
Until Dawn 2 (January 28)
Firesprite’s horror sequel sends a crew of ghost-hunting YouTubers to a remote South Pacific island. The story is co-written with AdHoc Studio, the team behind Dispatch, according to the PlayStation Blog. It’s PS5 only, with a Digital Deluxe Edition that adds bonus costumes.
Witchbrook (January 28)
This is our cozy pick of the month: a witch life-sim for up to four players, set in the seaside town of Mossport. Chucklefish’s release date post on Steam confirms January 28 across PC and consoles for $24.99. Our Witchbrook release date guide has every platform and edition.
Tropico 7 (January 28)
El Presidente is back, and this time you can literally move mountains while you build your island nation. The Steam page lists $54.99, or $49.49 with the 10% pre-order discount.
Games coming out in February 2027
Metro 2039 (February 4)
4A Games confirmed February 4 on the PlayStation Blog. Some territories, including Asia, Australia and New Zealand, get it on February 5. It’s on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, and costs $69.99 on Steam.
Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis (February 12)
Crystal Dynamics and Flying Wild Hog are remaking Lara Croft’s first adventure. The PlayStation Blog lists the Standard Edition at $59.99 and the Deluxe Edition at $69.99, which includes 48 hours of early access. The game is also on Switch 2 and Steam. Japan, Asia, Australia and New Zealand get it on February 13.
God of War Laufey (February 16)
Santa Monica Studio’s next God of War is PS5 only, and pre-orders opened on September 29. The PlayStation Blog also lists a $149.99 Collector Box that does not include the game. Our God of War Laufey price and editions guide covers what each edition includes.
Romancing SaGa 3: Destinies United (February 16)
Square Enix’s full 3D remake of the classic turn-based RPG lets you pick from eight protagonists. It’s $59.99 on Steam and also on Switch 2, where Nintendo lists the Digital Deluxe Version from February 13.
Persona 4 Revival (February 18)
Atlus is rebuilding Persona 4 from the ground up. Xbox Wire confirms February 18 on Xbox Series X|S and PC with Game Pass, and the PlayStation Blog gives the same date for PS5. Steam shows February 17 and $69.99.
Fable (February 23)
Playground Games’ reboot launches February 23 on Xbox Series X|S, PC and PS5, according to the Xbox Games Showcase recap and the PlayStation Blog. Premium Edition early access begins February 18. It’s included with Game Pass and costs $69.99 on Steam.
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity – Definitive Edition (February 25)
This Switch 2 edition adds higher resolution and frame rate, plus the Expansion Pass, which takes the roster from 18 to 21 fighters. It’s $59.99 on the eShop.

Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember (March 4)
Team Ninja’s Three Kingdoms action RPG launches March 4, according to the PlayStation Blog and Xbox Wire, on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC ($69.99 on Steam). Xbox listed it as a Game Pass title at its June showcase.
007 First Light on Switch 2 (March 18)
IO Interactive’s James Bond origin story reaches Switch 2 on March 18. The eShop lists the Deluxe Edition at $69.99.
Exodus (April 7)
Archetype Entertainment’s single-player sci-fi RPG is out April 7 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam and Epic), according to the official site. No price has been posted yet.
Final Fantasy VII Revelation (April 8)
The final entry in the Remake series launches April 8 on PS5, Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S and PC, according to Square Enix’s press release. The Premium Edition includes the Story Expansion Pass and 24 hours of early access.
