Forsaken Helperbot Guide: How to Get It, Abilities and Skins

A small boxy robot with glowing green eyes sends a healing pulse over three blocky survivors by a generator at night
Written by Sofia

Helperbot joined Forsaken on Oct 16. It costs 650 Player Points; here’s what Inspire, Pulse and Radar do, its stats, skins, milestones and how to play it.

Helperbot is the newest Survivor in Forsaken, the Roblox asymmetrical horror game. It joined the roster on October 16, 2026 at 23:00 UTC, according to the official Roblox event listing, and it is a pure support pick: it buffs, heals and scouts for the team instead of fighting the Killer. You buy it with Player Points in the lobby shop, and both community wikis list the price at 650.

The update has made Forsaken the number one game on Roblox’s trending chart, with about 96,600 people playing at 13:57 UTC on October 18. Below are the cost, the stats, exactly what Inspire, Pulse and Radar do, the skins and milestones, and how to play it well. Details were checked on October 18, 2026 at 14:00 UTC.

Forsaken Helperbot: quick answer

  • Released: October 16, 2026, 23:00 UTC (7 p.m. ET). The event listing ends on October 23, but Helperbot stays on the roster.
  • Cost: 650 Player Points in the shop, per the wikis. One wiki has shown 600, so trust the price on the in-game button.
  • Class: Support, difficulty 2 out of 5.
  • Health: 80, one of the lowest in the game.
  • Abilities: Inspire (team speed-up for ability cooldowns that also charges Pulse), Pulse (area heal plus damage reduction) and Radar (passive generator and item scan).
  • Skins: 25 shop skins from 100 to 1,600 Player Points, plus four milestone skins at Helperbot levels 25, 50, 75 and 100.

How to get Helperbot in Forsaken

Helperbot is not a quest or event reward. It’s a normal shop unlock:

  1. Join a public Forsaken server. If Helperbot isn’t in your menu yet, you’re probably on an old server, so join a fresh one.
  2. Open the shop from the lobby and go to the Survivors tab.
  3. Find Helperbot in the Support group and buy it for its Player Point price (650 according to the Forsaken wiki).
  4. Equip it as your Survivor before the next round starts.

Before launch, some guides said you would unlock Helperbot by repairing the broken robot NPC in the lobby. That was a guess from before release. The post-launch wiki pages and guides all describe a regular purchase.

How to earn 650 Player Points fast

Player Points are Forsaken’s only in-game currency. The wiki’s Player Points page lists what each action pays:

Action Player Points
Joining the game for the first time 300 (one-time)
Win a round as Killer 60
Win a round as Survivor 25
Kill a Survivor as Killer 15 each
Lose a round as Killer 15
Heal a Survivor who has Hemorrhage 10
Die as Survivor after lasting at least 60 seconds 6
Complete an objective (such as a generator) 2

Killer rounds pay much more, so if you’re saving up, play the Killer whenever the game picks you and work generators as a Survivor. You can’t earn Player Points in private servers. The shop also sells them for Robux: the wiki lists 400 Robux for 1,000 Player Points.

Helperbot stats

These numbers come from the wiki infobox. Two separate guides published after launch list the same figures.

Stat Helperbot
Class Support
Difficulty 2 / 5
Health 80
Walk speed 12
Sprint speed 26
Stamina 100 (drains 10/s, refills 20/s)

Eighty health means Helperbot goes down faster than most of the roster. Its whole kit is about making the people around it stronger, so it does best staying close to the team.

Helperbot abilities explained

Its in-game description, as quoted on the wiki, sums it up: “an excitable little machine with one very important directive: help!” It has two active abilities and one passive. The Forsaken wiki notes that some of its ability text is still a placeholder, so expect small wording or number changes as the page fills in.

Inspire (active)

Helperbot creates a 10-second aura that follows it. Other Survivors within 14 studs get Haste V, which makes their abilities recharge faster. Inspire also builds up Pulse:

  • Each teammate who stays inside the aura for 5.5 seconds gives Helperbot one Pulse charge.
  • You can store up to three charges, and each teammate can add only one charge per cast.
  • If a teammate leaves the aura early, their progress slowly drains. If they come back, it carries on from what’s left. Charges that are already finished are kept.
  • Cooldown: 46 seconds on the official wiki, as cited by ForsakenHub and The Click. The Fandom wiki says about 45 seconds.

According to ForsakenHub’s summary of the 5.3.1 hotfix on October 17, Inspire now hastes Helperbot as well, even though the ability text still only mentions other Survivors.

Pulse (active)

Helperbot sends out an expanding pulse that gives Regeneration I (healing over time) and Resistance I (20% less damage taken) to every Survivor it reaches, including itself. Pulse spends all your stored charges at once, and more charges mean a bigger, longer pulse:

Charges stored Pulse radius Regeneration I and Resistance I last
0 30 studs 4 seconds
1 +20% (36 studs) 5 seconds
2 +20% (as listed on the wiki) 6 seconds
3 +30% (39 studs) 7 seconds

Helperbot is slowed by 10% during the 2-second windup. The official wiki lists a 44-second cooldown, according to ForsakenHub and The Click.

Radar (passive)

Every 12 seconds, Radar scans for unfinished generators and items within 100 studs and highlights them for all Survivors for 3 seconds. You don’t press anything. ForsakenHub reports that the 5.3.1 hotfix stopped Radar from revealing items other players are holding, and from revealing players who are Undetectable.

What happens with two Helperbots on one team?

Stacking Helperbots gets weaker with each copy. Every extra Helperbot lowers Inspire’s Haste by one level (down to Haste I) and cuts a second off Pulse’s buffs (down to a minimum of 1 second). Other Helperbots caught in your Pulse also get only half the buff time. One Helperbot per team is the sweet spot.

How to play Helperbot: what to do first

These tips follow from the ability numbers above, plus what the post-launch guides recommend:

  1. Cast Inspire at a generator. Teammates working on a generator stand still for longer than 5.5 seconds anyway, so they fill Pulse charges without any effort. Haste V also gives them their escape abilities back sooner.
  2. Hold Pulse for the right moment. A Pulse with no charges still heals, but three charges give you a 30% bigger circle and buffs that last almost twice as long. Fire it when the Killer arrives at a group, or right after a teammate takes a hit.
  3. Watch the Radar flashes. Every 12 seconds you see unfinished generators and items nearby. Use that to send the team to the next generator or to grab a Medkit before a chase starts.
  4. Stay with the group. With 80 health, Helperbot is a bad lone runner. Its value drops to almost nothing when nobody is within 14 studs.
  5. Remember the windup. Pulse slows you for 2 seconds. Don’t start it with the Killer right on top of you unless the team needs the Resistance more than you need to run.

Helperbot skins and milestones

Helperbot launched with a big wardrobe. According to the wiki’s Helperbot skins page:

  • Free: Randomized, which picks one of your owned skins each round.
  • Shop skins (25): from Backup (100 Player Points) and Eco (200) up to IBot (1,500) and HelperCat (1,600). HelperCat was shown off by the official Forsaken account in September.
  • Milestone skins: Milestone I, II, III and IV unlock when your Helperbot reaches level 25, 50, 75 and 100. You level a character by playing rounds as it.

Prices on the wiki are community-collected, so check the in-game shop before you save up for a specific skin.

Who is Helperbot?

The wiki says Helperbot is based on the HelperBot character from Roblox’s old “Welcome to Roblox Building” place, and that it’s linked to the broken robot in the Forsaken lobby. The developers first teased it in July with a short clip captioned “A helping hand…”, then confirmed the date on October 9: “Helperbot will be playable on October 16th!” (official X post). Here is the official reveal trailer from the ForsakenRBLX YouTube channel:

In their September progress report, the developers said two more characters, Stalker and Ringmaster, are coming after Helperbot. They added that once those are out, “it’ll be a wrap on this Chapter”. There’s no date for either yet.

FAQ

How much is Helperbot in Forsaken?

650 Player Points, according to the Forsaken wiki and post-launch guides. One wiki has shown 600, so check the button in the shop.

Is Helperbot free?

No. There’s no free unlock or quest. You buy it with Player Points, which you earn by playing or buy with Robux.

What are the Helperbot milestones?

Four milestone skins, Milestone I to IV, which unlock at Helperbot levels 25, 50, 75 and 100.

Is Helperbot good?

Helperbot is strongest in a team that stays together: Haste V, team healing and 20% damage reduction add up quickly. Played alone, 80 health and no way to stun the Killer make it one of the weaker picks.
