The quickest ways to get Tasty Travels free energy are the ones built into the game: energy refills by itself up to 100, and level-ups, daily challenges, events and energy chests all pay out more. On top of that come a few rewarded ads a day and the gift links Century Games posts on the game’s official Facebook page. Everything below was checked on October 30, 2026 (UTC), and it also answers the other big search: Tasty Travels has no auto orders.
Plenty of people are asking. Tasty Travels: Merge Game was #18 on Apple’s US Top Grossing Games chart and #32 on Top Free Games when we checked (Apple’s top-grossing feed). It holds a 4.6 rating from 59,493 ratings on the App Store, and version 67.0 came out on October 27. Energy comes up in more than 170 of the roughly 1,900 recent App Store reviews we read, almost always as a complaint.

Quick answer
- Refill rate: players report 1 energy every 2 minutes, up to 100. A full refill from zero takes about 3 hours 20 minutes.
- Official free sources: level-ups, daily challenges and weekly milestones, limited-time events, and energy chests. A max-level energy chest gives 100 energy, according to Century Games’ help center.
- Ads: players say each optional ad gives 25 energy, about 4 a day.
- Gift links: the developer posts them on the Tasty Travels Facebook page. Real links start with
game.centurygame.comand open the game directly. - Auto orders: not a Tasty Travels feature. The game only has tool orders and coin orders, and you pick both yourself.
- Avoid: energy “generators”, mod APKs and “free gems” downloads. They’re scams, and cheating breaks the game’s terms.

How Tasty Travels energy works
Energy (the blue lightning bolt at the top left) is what you spend to tap a spawner. Century Games’ help center sums up the loop in one line: “Tap on any spawner to spend energy and create items, then merge to upgrade and get higher-level items.” Coins and tools come from orders. Energy is the thing that runs out.
| Energy fact | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Refill rate | 1 energy every 2 minutes | Several App Store reviews, Jun-Oct 2026 |
| Refill cap | 100 (the natural refill stops there) | App Store reviews |
| Full refill from 0 | About 3 h 20 min (100 x 2 min) | Our math from the refill rate |
| Can you hold more than 100? | Yes, from rewards and purchases. The store screenshots show balances of 209, 598 and 1,073 | Official App Store screenshots |
| Cost of one item late in the game | Players report 200-500+ energy for a single high-level dish | App Store reviews |
How long does Tasty Travels energy take to refill?
At 2 minutes a point, 25 energy takes 50 minutes, 50 takes 1 hour 40 minutes and a full 100 takes 3 hours 20 minutes. Reviewers describe it the same way, as “about 3 hours” to fill the bar. Some players also ask for the cap to rise with level, as it does in some other merge games, but in Tasty Travels it stays at 100. So the best rhythm without spending is to play once your bar is near full, not to check in every few minutes.
How to get free energy in Tasty Travels
Here’s every free route we could confirm, with how reliable each one is. “Official” means it comes from Century Games’ own help center, store listing or Facebook page.

Merge energy chests before you open them
Energy chests drop from orders and level-ups, and you can merge them like any other item. A max-level chest gives 100 energy, a full refill bar’s worth, so when you have the board space it pays to merge small chests up instead of opening them right away. One reviewer complained of spending 200-300 energy on a task and winning a chest with 10 energy in it. Merging is how you get the big one.
Daily challenges, events and the card album
The daily challenges and weekly milestones are the steadiest official source, though players say the targets climb as you level up. Limited-time events pay energy for event orders, and the sticker-style card album is the biggest single prize. The official “Collect” screenshot shows an album at 46 of 100 cards with a +5,000 energy reward and a countdown. Card trading runs through friends, and players trade in Facebook groups.

Tasty Travels free energy links: where the real ones come from
Century Games tells players to follow the game on Facebook “for exclusive offers and updates”, in both store listings. The page is facebook.com/TastyTravelsGame, with 888,430 followers when we checked. Fan trackers such as Gamewave log the links it posts: usually two a day, worth 25 energy each, and older ones expire.
- How to spot a real one: it starts with
game.centurygame.com/plus a short code. That domain belongs to Century Games (its homepage redirects to centurygames.com), and the link just opens the game through an app link. Open it on the phone where Tasty Travels is installed and it launches the game to claim the reward. - One use each: link trackers say each link pays out once per account. Old links stop working, so open new ones on the day they’re posted.
- Red flags: anything that asks for your login, a “human verification” survey or an app download, or promises unlimited energy or gems. Those are scams. A real gift link never asks you to type anything.
Because the links expire so quickly, the Facebook page itself is the safest place to find them. The same goes for other games’ links, like our MONOPOLY GO free dice links and Coin Master free spins links: only the developer’s own posts count.
Does Tasty Travels have auto orders?
No. Century Games’ help center lists two order types: “tool orders and coin orders. You can choose based on what you need at the moment.” There’s no order that appears and fills itself. Some orders also pay a worker, so check the rewards before you pick one. Workers make building materials like wood, stone and roof tiles for upgrading your town.
Several guide sites publish “Tasty Travels auto orders” tables, but their item names (Old Tavern, Large Clothing Stall, Case of Beer, Harmony Necklace) don’t fit Tasty Travels’ food-and-drink boards. One fan guide that ran such a table rewrote its page in August 2026, saying the mechanic had been copied over from Travel Town, a different merge game. We also checked about 1,900 recent App Store reviews from the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and none mention auto orders.
Tasty Travels energy tips: how to waste less
- Pick the order first, then tap. Century Games suggests tapping an order’s item icons to see which spawner each item comes from. Only tap the chains that feed that order.
- Don’t let the refill run past 100. The natural refill stops at the cap. Spend down before you put the phone away, and claim chests, links and album rewards (which can take you past 100) when you have time to use them.
- Save the omni item and splitter for expensive chains. The omni item merges with any item for an upgrade, and the splitter halves an item. Both save the most energy near the top of a costly chain.
- Keep space on the board. Store items in the backpack (lower-left corner), and sell or recycle what you won’t need. Undo works right after a sale, so a mis-tap isn’t final.
- Use bubbles wisely. Merging sometimes makes a bubble with an item inside. You can pop it with an ad (up to 3 a day) or gems. Left alone, it turns into a few coins.
- Be careful with deep chains. Players report single top-level dishes costing hundreds of energy. Check an order’s reward before you start a long chain for it.
Should you buy energy with gems?
You can buy energy directly in the shop, and players say the gem price of energy keeps rising as you buy more. One reviewer called “20 diamonds for 100 energy” the best deal. The App Store lists in-app offers from $1.99 to $19.99. Gems also pop bubbles, so if you don’t pay, it’s worth deciding what your gems are for before you spend them on refills.

FAQ
What is the max energy in Tasty Travels?
The natural refill stops at 100 energy. Rewards and purchases can take you past that, and the official store screenshots show balances above 1,000.
How do I get free energy in Tasty Travels?
Level up, finish daily challenges and weekly milestones, play limited-time events, merge and open energy chests, watch the optional ads (25 energy each), and claim the gift links posted on the official Tasty Travels Facebook page.
Are Tasty Travels free energy links safe?
Links from the official Facebook page that start with game.centurygame.com are Century Games’ own and just open the game. Avoid any site that asks for your login or a survey, or offers a “generator”.
Can you get unlimited energy in Tasty Travels?
No. There is no legitimate unlimited-energy method. Mod APKs and generators are scams, and cheating breaks the game’s terms.
