Pokémon GO Tour 2027 celebrates the Alola region. The in-person events run in Kaohsiung, Taiwan and Los Angeles, California from Friday, February 19 to Sunday, February 21, 2027, and the global in-game event follows on Saturday, February 27 and Sunday, February 28, 2027. The official Pokémon GO Save the Date post says tickets for both go on sale “next Season”, so ticket prices, featured Pokémon and bonuses have not been announced yet.

Pokémon GO Tour 2027 dates: everything confirmed so far
The Pokémon GO team (now part of Scopely) published the Save the Date post on September 23, 2026, and the official Featured In-Person Events page now lists three entries for it: GO Tour: Kaohsiung, GO Tour: Los Angeles and GO Tour: Global. The page’s event data gives Kaohsiung and Los Angeles the same dates, February 19 to 21, 2027.
| What | Date | Where | Status |

The Pokémon GO team adds its usual note that upcoming events are subject to change, so treat every date here as the plan, not a guarantee, until tickets are on sale.
Where is Pokémon GO Tour 2027? Kaohsiung and Los Angeles
Kaohsiung is the new stop. Last year’s Taiwan host was Tainan, where GO Tour: Kalos – Tainan was held at Tainan Metropolitan Park. The Pokémon GO team hasn’t named the Kaohsiung venue yet.
Los Angeles hosts again. In 2026, GO Tour: Kalos – Los Angeles took place at Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena. The 2027 post names only the city, so don’t book a hotel next to the Rose Bowl until the Pokémon GO team confirms the venue.
In 2026, event gameplay was limited to ticket holders, and the special park gameplay only worked inside the venue during the time slot on your ticket. The Pokémon GO team hasn’t confirmed whether 2027 works the same way.

GO Tour 2027 in-person days: time zones
The Pokémon GO team hasn’t posted 2027 hours. In 2026 both cities ran 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local (Tainan GMT+8, Los Angeles PST). The table shows the local dates and, if 2027 keeps those hours, what they are in UTC. The hours are last year’s, not an announcement.
| City | Time zone in February | Dates (local) | 2026 hours, local | Same hours in UTC |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kaohsiung, Taiwan | UTC+8 (no daylight saving) | Fri Feb 19 to Sun Feb 21, 2027 | 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | 01:00 to 09:00 UTC, same day |
| Los Angeles, USA | PST, UTC-8 (US clocks change Mar 14, 2027) | Fri Feb 19 to Sun Feb 21, 2027 | 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | 17:00 UTC to 01:00 UTC the next day |
Kaohsiung is 16 hours ahead of Los Angeles, so Kaohsiung’s Friday session would end (09:00 UTC) before it’s even Friday morning in California. Kaohsiung’s last day, Sunday Feb 21, would be over by 1:00 a.m. Sunday Los Angeles time.
Pokémon GO Tour 2027 global event: dates and times by time zone
The global event is Saturday, February 27 and Sunday, February 28, 2027. Hours aren’t announced. Last year’s GO Tour: Kalos – Global ran 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time on both days, which means it started in the Pacific islands first and rolled west. The table assumes the same hours in 2027.
| Place | UTC offset on Feb 27-28, 2027 | Sat 10:00 a.m. local, in UTC | Sun 6:00 p.m. local, in UTC |
|---|---|---|---|
| Auckland | UTC+13 (NZ daylight time) | Fri Feb 26, 21:00 | Sun Feb 28, 05:00 |
| Sydney | UTC+11 (Australian daylight time) | Fri Feb 26, 23:00 | Sun Feb 28, 07:00 |
| Tokyo, Seoul | UTC+9 | Sat Feb 27, 01:00 | Sun Feb 28, 09:00 |
| Taipei, Kaohsiung, Manila | UTC+8 | Sat Feb 27, 02:00 | Sun Feb 28, 10:00 |
| India | UTC+5:30 | Sat Feb 27, 04:30 | Sun Feb 28, 12:30 |
| Paris, Berlin, Madrid | UTC+1 | Sat Feb 27, 09:00 | Sun Feb 28, 17:00 |
| London | UTC+0 | Sat Feb 27, 10:00 | Sun Feb 28, 18:00 |
| São Paulo | UTC-3 | Sat Feb 27, 13:00 | Sun Feb 28, 21:00 |
| New York | EST, UTC-5 | Sat Feb 27, 15:00 | Sun Feb 28, 23:00 |
| Chicago | CST, UTC-6 | Sat Feb 27, 16:00 | Mon Mar 1, 00:00 |
| Los Angeles | PST, UTC-8 | Sat Feb 27, 18:00 | Mon Mar 1, 02:00 |
| Honolulu | UTC-10 | Sat Feb 27, 20:00 | Mon Mar 1, 04:00 |
None of the big northern-hemisphere zones change clocks before the event: the US moves to daylight time on March 14, 2027 and the UK and EU on March 28, 2027. If the official 2027 page lists different hours, the dates in this table still hold; only the clock times shift.
How much are Pokémon GO Tour 2027 tickets?
Not announced yet. The Pokémon GO team’s post says only that tickets for the in-person experiences and the global in-game event “will be available next Season, along with more details”. We’ll update this page with the official prices when they’re posted, and we won’t print prices from leaks or data mines.
For budgeting, here’s what GO Tour: Kalos cost in 2026, from the official Pokémon GO ticket pages. These are last year’s prices, not 2027’s.
| 2026 ticket (GO Tour: Kalos) | Official price | What it covered |
|---|---|---|
| Los Angeles, one day | US$30.00 | One day of event gameplay at Rose Bowl Stadium (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) |
| Tainan, one day | NT$818 (listed as US$30.00 or the local pricing tier) | One day at Tainan Metropolitan Park (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT+8) |
| Raid Lover add-on (LA) | US$15.00 | Up to 18 daily Raid Passes from Gyms, extra raid XP and Candy, Fri to Sun |
| Egg-thusiast add-on (LA) | US$15.00 | 1/4 hatch distance, 3x hatch XP, Candy and Stardust, Fri to Sun |
| Global event | Free to play; optional paid ticket | Ticket added Special Research, extra bonuses and better Shiny odds |
The 2026 Los Angeles ticket page also said in-person tickets were nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the Terms of Service), first come, first served, and could be extended with citywide add-ons for extra days.
How to buy GO Tour tickets (how it worked in 2026)
The Pokémon GO team hasn’t published the 2027 steps yet. Last year’s in-person tickets were sold in the app like this:
- Open Pokémon GO and tap the Main Menu button in Map View.
- Tap Events. Upcoming live events are listed with the soonest at the top.
- Pick an event marked “Tickets Available”, then choose your date and time slot.
- To buy for friends, enter their usernames. You had to be at least Great Friends with each one, and every ticket in one order was for the same date and time.
- Enter payment details to finish. Add-ons could be bought later, while supplies lasted.
Global tickets were sold through the Pokémon GO Web Store in 2026. If the 2027 process works the same way, raising friendship levels with the people you plan to go with before sales open is the one thing worth doing now.
Which Pokémon will be in GO Tour 2027?
Not announced yet. The only official detail is the theme: the Alola region from Pokémon Sun, Pokémon Moon, Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon. The Pokémon GO team hasn’t named any featured Pokémon, Shiny debuts, raids, Special Research or bonuses. Lists circulating now come from guesses or data mines, not the Pokémon GO team, so we’re leaving them out.
For a sense of scale, the 2026 global event had Shiny debuts, hourly Mega Raid rotations on both days, ticketed Masterwork Research and new Special Backgrounds for raid catches, per the official Kalos page. Expect the Alola details on pokemongo.com once the new Season begins.
What to do before GO Tour 2027
- Plan around December 1, 2026. That’s when Twilight Trails ends, so ticket news can arrive any time after it.
- Pick your weekend. In-person is Feb 19-21. The global event is a week later, Feb 27-28. In 2026, in-person attendees could also buy the global ticket and got different research for it.
- Hold off on non-refundable travel until the Pokémon GO team names the venues and time slots.
- Get through November first. Our Pokémon GO November 2026 events, raids and Community Day hub covers Into the Wild and Pawniard Community Day, the GO Pass: November guide has the pass times and rewards, and this week’s Pokémon GO raid bosses are updated weekly.
