GO Pass: November starts Nov 3 at 10 a.m. local with Groudon and 400 free PokéCoins. Deluxe is $7.99 for 1,400 coins. Start, end and no-limit times in UTC.

Pokémon GO Pass: November starts on Tuesday, November 3 at 10:00 a.m. local time and runs until Tuesday, December 1 at 10:00 a.m. local time. The free track has a Groudon encounter and 400 PokéCoins. GO Pass Deluxe costs US$7.99, or US$9.99 with 10 extra ranks, and raises the PokéCoin total to 1,400. There’s also a no-limit weekend for GO Points on November 28-29. All of this comes from the official GO Pass: November post on pokemongo.com.

“10:00 a.m. local time” means the pass unlocks at 10 a.m. on your phone’s clock, wherever you are. It isn’t one worldwide moment. New Zealand gets it first, about 23 hours before Hawaii. The tables below convert every deadline to UTC. Checked November 1, 2026, 18:25 UTC.

Quick answer: Pokémon GO Pass November 2026

  • Start: Tue Nov 3, 10:00 a.m. local. You get it automatically. There’s nothing to buy or claim.
  • End: Tue Dec 1, 10:00 a.m. local. Unlocked rewards stay claimable until Thu Dec 3, 10:00 a.m. local.
  • Free track (official): Groudon encounter (it can be Shiny), 400 PokéCoins, a Lucky Egg, Rare Candy XL, Stardust and more.
  • Deluxe (official): US$7.99. It adds 1,000 PokéCoins (1,400 total), a Super Incubator and more encounters. Deluxe + 10 Ranks is US$9.99 and puts you straight at Rank 11.
  • No daily GO Points limit: Sat Nov 28, 12:00 a.m. to Sun Nov 29, 11:59 p.m. local.
  • Rank rewards: the official post lists reward types only. The full rank-by-rank ladder appears in the game on Nov 3.
  • Upgrade later? Yes. You can buy Deluxe at any time and still collect the Deluxe rewards for ranks you’ve already reached.

What does “10:00 a.m. local time” mean for GO Pass: November?

Pokémon GO runs most event times on your local clock. GO Pass: November unlocks at 10:00 a.m. in each time zone. Players in New Zealand get it on Monday evening UTC, and players in the US get it on Tuesday afternoon or evening UTC. The pass also ends at 10:00 a.m. local on December 1, so everyone gets the same 28 days.

US clocks went back an hour on November 1, so all US times this month are standard time: Eastern is UTC-5 and Pacific is UTC-8. Europe switched a week earlier, so CET is UTC+1. If you’re traveling, the game follows your device’s time zone.

GO Pass: November rewards (free vs Deluxe)

The official post describes the rewards in general terms. It names the headline items but doesn’t give rank numbers yet. Here’s exactly what it says each track gets:

Reward (official wording) Free GO Pass GO Pass Deluxe
Groudon encounter (Shiny possible) Yes Yes
PokéCoins 400 1,400 in total (+1,000)
Lucky Egg, Rare Candy XL, Stardust Yes Yes
Super Incubator No One
Extra Pokémon encounters No Yes (“even more Pokémon”)
Price Free US$7.99, or US$9.99 with +10 Ranks

The PokéCoins are the new part. The October GO Pass post didn’t list any PokéCoins. Its headline rewards were Kyogre on both tracks and a Lucky Trinket for Deluxe. Coins on the free track give free players a real reason to rank up this month.

Milestone bonuses by rank

These bonuses switch on when you reach the rank and stay active for the rest of the pass, according to the official post:

Tier From rank Free GO Pass Deluxe upgrade
Tier 1 1 +1 Candy for trades; Trainers level 31+ get a guaranteed Candy XL per trade Same
Tier 2 25 Open up to 40 Gifts a day, receive up to 125 from spins, hold 10 more Gifts Open 50 a day, receive up to 150, hold up to 20 more
Tier 3 50 2× Daily Adventure Incense duration Same
Tier 4 75 More Stardust and XP from hatching Eggs Same

Where will Groudon be on the ladder?

The game shows the full ladder on November 3, and we’ll add it here then. Until then, October is the best guide. Leek Duck’s copy of the October ladder put the legendary (a Level 20 Kyogre) at Rank 100. Each rank cost 100 GO Points, and Ranks 101-200 gave only small Stardust drops. If November uses the same layout, Groudon will sit around Rank 100. That’s our estimate, not an official placement.

How the no-limit GO Points weekend works

You earn GO Points in two ways. Pass Tasks (daily and weekly) pay a fixed amount and are never capped. Everyday activity (catching, hatching, raiding) also pays points, but the Pokémon GO help center caps it at 250 points a day. The help center also says live events can lift that cap. That’s what happens from Saturday Nov 28, 12:00 a.m. to Sunday Nov 29, 11:59 p.m. local: for those two days, every catch, hatch and raid counts in full.

Where you play No-limit weekend (UTC)
New Zealand (NZDT) Fri Nov 27, 11:00 to Sun Nov 29, 10:59
Sydney (AEDT) Fri Nov 27, 13:00 to Sun Nov 29, 12:59
Japan (JST) Fri Nov 27, 15:00 to Sun Nov 29, 14:59
India (IST) Fri Nov 27, 18:30 to Sun Nov 29, 18:29
Central Europe (CET) Fri Nov 27, 23:00 to Sun Nov 29, 22:59
UK (GMT) Sat Nov 28, 00:00 to Sun Nov 29, 23:59
US Eastern (EST) Sat Nov 28, 05:00 to Mon Nov 30, 04:59
US Pacific (PST) Sat Nov 28, 08:00 to Mon Nov 30, 07:59

Leek Duck lists a Super Mega Raid Day on Saturday Nov 28 from 2 to 5 p.m. local, the first day of the no-limit weekend. In October’s pass a raid win paid 100 points of everyday activity, according to Leek Duck, so an uncapped raid afternoon can move you up many ranks. The featured Mega hadn’t been announced when we checked. Our Pokémon GO November 2026 events guide will add it when it’s confirmed.

Can you reach Rank 100 for free? The October math

November’s task list isn’t public yet, so here’s how October’s pass worked, using Leek Duck’s figures:

  • Daily task: catch 15 Pokémon for 200 points. Over 28 days that’s 5,600.
  • Weekly tasks: seven tasks worth 1,000 points a week (catch 75, win a raid, 20 Great Throws, hatch 3 Eggs, spin 25 stops, use 20 Berries, earn 10 buddy hearts). Over four weeks that’s 4,000.
  • Everyday activity: up to 250 a day (raid win 100, hatch 40, catch 5). There’s no limit on the no-limit weekend.

At 100 points a rank, Rank 100 needs about 9,900 points. October’s tasks alone added up to 9,600. A free player who logs in every day and does the weekly list can reach the Rank 100 legendary, with a bit of everyday activity making up the difference. Missed days are what break it, and the no-limit weekend at the end is the catch-up window. If November’s tasks turn out different, we’ll update this section.

Is GO Pass Deluxe November worth US$7.99?

That depends on what you’d spend anyway. Here’s what the official post guarantees for the price:

  • 1,000 extra PokéCoins (1,400 total with the free track’s 400). You have to rank up far enough to collect them.
  • A Super Incubator and extra Pokémon encounters on top of everything on the free track.
  • A bigger Tier 2 Gift bonus: open 50 Gifts a day instead of 40, which matters if you play with a big friend list.

The US$9.99 version adds enough GO Points to reach Rank 11 on day one. That’s a 1,000-point head start, worth about five October daily tasks. If you plan to play every day anyway, the extra US$2 mostly buys time. If you buy on the Pokémon GO Web Store, the official post lists free extras: 10 Ultra Balls, five Max Revives, five Max Potions and one Premium Battle Pass (two with the +10 Ranks version). There’s also a web-only Ultra Box with 20 Ultra Balls, 10 Max Revives, 10 Max Potions and five Premium Battle Passes. A Web Store Deluxe activates as soon as the pass begins. Prices are in USD or your local price tier, and Deluxe may not be offered in every region.

Three GO Passes in November: how they overlap

GO Pass: November is the monthly pass. Two short event passes run alongside it, each with its own ranks and its own Deluxe price. The October and Halloween passes also end in the first week. Here’s every pass deadline from the official posts, all in local time:

Pass Runs (local time) Deluxe price Claim rewards by

GO Pass: Into the Wild Mon Nov 9, 10:00 a.m. – Sun Nov 15, 6:00 p.m. US$14.99 / $19.99 Tue Nov 17, 11:59 p.m.
GO Pass: Dynamax Trails Mon Nov 16, 10:00 a.m. – Mon Nov 23, 8:00 p.m. US$4.99 Wed Nov 25, 8:00 p.m.

The October pass and the November pass hand over at the same moment: 10:00 a.m. local on Tuesday, November 3. If you’re close to October’s Rank 100 Kyogre, the October post says its own no-limit weekend runs until 11:59 p.m. local tonight (Sunday, November 1). You then have until Thursday, November 5 at 10:00 a.m. to claim what you unlocked. A Lucky Trinket from October Deluxe expires on Sunday, November 8 at 11:59 p.m. local, whenever you claimed it. The Halloween event pass is covered in our Halloween GO Pass rank rewards guide.

The Into the Wild pass brings Dynamax Meltan’s debut and a Silver Bottle Cap for Deluxe owners. The Dynamax Trails post gives a bonus to Trainers who “claim Tier 1 rewards on GO Pass: Into the Wild”. They get GO Pass: Dynamax Trails early, on Saturday Nov 14 at 10:00 a.m. local, and a free upgrade to its Deluxe track. The post doesn’t define “Tier 1” further, so check the Into the Wild pass in the game before you assume you qualify.

A simple plan for GO Pass: November

  1. Before Tuesday: finish and claim what’s left on the October pass. Its no-limit weekend ends at 11:59 p.m. local on Nov 1, and its rewards expire Nov 5 at 10:00 a.m.
  2. Nov 3, after 10:00 a.m. local: open the GO Pass screen and check the ladder for where Groudon and the PokéCoins sit. There’s no rush on Deluxe: buying it later still unlocks the Deluxe rewards for ranks you’ve passed.
  3. Every day: do the daily Pass Task first. It isn’t capped, while everyday activity stops paying at 250 points.
  4. Nov 9-15 and 16-23: the event passes have their own tasks, so check both screens each day and keep the monthly daily task going. Our raids this week page lists the current bosses.
  5. Nov 28-29: save hatches and raids for the no-limit weekend, then claim everything before Thu Dec 3, 10:00 a.m. local.
