New Pet Simulator 99 updates drop every Saturday at 11:00 AM Central Time, according to BIG Games’ official next-update countdown. Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, so Update 100 lands on October 31 itself. The “🎃 HALLOWEEN GAMES! 👻” listing on Roblox, posted by the verified BIG Games Pets group, uses the same start time.
Clocks are a little unusual this week. The UK and most of Europe went back an hour on October 25, but the US doesn’t change until November 1. So the US release is still on daylight time, while London sees it at 4 PM rather than 5 PM.

What is in Pet Simulator 99 Update 100 Halloween Games?
BIG Games’ listing is the only official description so far. In our own words, it promises:
- A Halloween Games event that starts with Update 100 on Halloween.
- A survival-style challenge where “only the bravest make it to the end” and the question is “Can you survive the NIGHT?”
- Getting knocked out does not end your night (“Knocked out? Your night isn’t over..”).
- Big rewards for the last players standing.
That is the whole list for now. The listing names no pets, eggs, prize tiers or leaderboards, and its artwork is a “???” card with pumpkins and bats. For comparison, BIG Games’ history shows the 2025 Halloween event (Update 70) launching on October 18, 2025 with haunted plots, trick-or-treating and spooky eggs. In 2024 there were two Halloween updates: Update 30 (October 19), with the Halloween World and Haunted Backrooms, and Update 31 (October 26), with trick-or-treating and the Titanic Pumpkin Cat. This year’s Halloween Games update lands about two weeks later in the month than last year’s main Halloween update.
What’s live now: Update 99 PSX Classic (ends Oct 31)
Until Saturday, the current update is Update 99, PSX Classic. It put the real Pet Simulator X inside PS99. You walk through the PSX Portal behind the eggs, or hit Join Event on the sidebar. Everyone starts fresh in Town and climbs from Spawn to Heavens Gate. Progress pays rewards back in PS99. The Roblox listing for Update 99 ends October 31 at 16:00 UTC, the same minute Update 100 starts.

Key facts from the Update 99 notes:
- Rewards back home: all 18 PSX Classic areas pay a PS99 reward, from Keys to Diamonds. Your first trip home adds 100,000 Diamonds and 10 Mini Chests. Rewards pay out when you land back in PS99.
- Classic Twins: trading is off inside PSX Classic. When you hatch a Huge there, its Classic Twin lands in PS99. The further you climb, the rarer the Huge.
- Classic Legend: reach Heavens Gate and play 72 hours.
- The Halloween world stays locked inside PSX Classic, but there’s a sign beside it where you can vote thumbs up or down on it.
- Free gamepass: Auto Hatch is free in PSX Classic. If you owned PSX gamepasses in Pet Simulator X, you keep them.

The notes also say one more Huge “hides somewhere in PSX Classic” without naming it. The Fantasy Clan Battle runs for 6 days and its #1 clan wins the Gargantuan Meebo in a Spaceship. Every member of a winning clan gets the prize.

What to do before Pet Simulator 99 Update 100
Most Update 99 rewards are tied to this week. Here is a simple order of priorities before Saturday 16:00 UTC:
- Get your Season Pass to Tier 4. The free Huge Froggy, plus a Shop Booth and Egg Hoverboard, are “available only this week”. The Season Pass Week 3 listing closes at 15:55 UTC on October 31, five minutes before Update 100. Do your dailies every day.
- Make your first trip home from PSX Classic for the one-time 100,000 Diamonds and 10 Mini Chests. Press Home on the left and your progress comes with you.
- Climb as far as you can. Each of the 18 areas pays out in PS99, and higher areas give rarer Classic Huges.
- Fill the Classic Index. Every new PSX Classic pet scores for your clan in the Fantasy Clan Battle.
- Vote on the locked Halloween world in PSX Classic if you want it opened.
- Press Notify on the Halloween Games listing and be online at 4 PM UTC on Saturday. The teaser says the last ones standing win big, so being there at the start should matter.
