To breed Rare Entbrat in My Singing Monsters, use any of the 7 normal Entbrat combos on Plant Island while Rare Entbrat is on sale. The best ones are Bowgart + Noggin and T-Rox + Potbelly. Outside a sale, the same pairs can only give you a common Entbrat. A Rare Entbrat takes 1 day 6 hours 30 minutes to breed (22h 52m 30s enhanced). It isn’t available as of November 6, 2026, 02:05 UTC.
This page covers the Rare version only: when it can be bred, which combo wastes the least time when it fails, how Wishing Torches help, and what to do with the eggs. The breeding data comes from the My Singing Monsters Wiki. We checked every combo on both parents’ pages.
Table of Contents
Quick answer
- Best combos: Bowgart + Noggin (a failed attempt usually gives a Noggin, which takes 5 seconds, so you can retry almost at once) or T-Rox + Potbelly (no failure takes longer than 8 hours).
- Island: Plant Island, from player level 9. Rare Entbrat is a Quad-Element monster (Plant, Earth, Water, Cold) and needs 4 beds and a 3 x 3 space.
- Breeding time: 1d 6h 30m, or 22h 52m 30s enhanced. If you get a common Entbrat instead, it takes 1 day (18h enhanced).
- When: only during sales. It could be bred 11 times in 2026, most recently October 29 to November 2. No new date has been announced.
- 100 percent? No combo guarantees a Rare. Wishing Torches raise your odds, but Big Blue Bubble’s FAQ doesn’t give an exact rate.
- Without breeding: buy it for 200 Diamonds during a sale, or for 5,000 Starpower (2,500 in the first 48 hours) when it’s in a StarShop Rare Trio.

All 7 Rare Entbrat combos (and the fail timer for each)
Rare Entbrat uses the same combos as the common Entbrat: two parents that cover Plant, Earth, Water and Cold with no element repeated. The wiki lists 3 pairs of double-element monsters and 4 triple + single pairs. It says the triple + single pairs are more likely to give an Entbrat instead of one of the parents. Every pair below appears in both parents’ “Used in Breeding” lists, with Rare Entbrat as a result on Plant Island.
A failed attempt hatches one of the two parents, using that parent’s breeding time. So the parents’ timers decide how long a bad roll costs you.
| Combo (Plant Island) | Type | Timer if you get parent 1 | Timer if you get parent 2 | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bowgart + Noggin | Triple + single | 12h (9h enh.) | 5s (3s enh.) | Best for fast retries |
| T-Rox + Potbelly | Triple + single | 8h (6h enh.) | 2h (1h 30m enh.) | Best worst case |
| Pummel + Mammott | Triple + single | 12h (9h enh.) | 2m (1m 30s enh.) | Good |
| Clamble + Toe Jammer | Triple + single | 12h (9h enh.) | 1m (45s enh.) | Good |
| Shrubb + Maw | Double + double | 8h (6h enh.) | 30m (22m 30s enh.) | Lower odds |
| Oaktopus + Drumpler | Double + double | 8h (6h enh.) | 30m (22m 30s enh.) | Lower odds |
| Furcorn + Fwog | Double + double | 8h (6h enh.) | 30m (22m 30s enh.) | Lower odds |
The Rare Entbrat page names T-Rox + Potbelly and Bowgart + Noggin as the best pairs, because they waste the least time on average when they fail. If you still need a parent, see our guides on breeding Bowgart and breeding T-Rox.
According to the wiki’s Rare Monsters page, using Rare parents (for example a Rare Bowgart) works but doesn’t raise your odds. Outside a sale, these combos can only give a common Entbrat.
When can you breed Rare Entbrat? Every 2026 window
Big Blue Bubble’s official FAQ says Rare and Epic versions of Natural monsters “are only available to be bred for a limited time, usually when they’re available for purchase during a sale or event.” The wiki’s Rare availability history (marked as still being completed for 2026) shows these breeding windows that covered Rare Entbrat this year.
| Dates (2026) | Sale | Why Rare Entbrat was in it |
|---|---|---|
| Jan 15-22 | Making Waves | All Water-element Natural Rares |
| Feb 26-Mar 5 | Cold Snap | All Cold-element Natural Rares |
| Apr 16-23 | Greener Grass | All Plant-element Natural Rares |
| Apr 30-May 7 | Vibe Check | Named (with Rare Fwog, Thumpies, Scups, Quarrister, Ghazt, Anglow) |
| Jun 11-18 | Four-midable | All Quad-Element Rares |
| Jul 9-16 | 5 Phases | Named (with Rare Shellbeat, Quarrister, Sneyser, Reebro) |
| Aug 19-24 | Crowd Pleasers | Named (with Rare Tweedle, Mammott, Toe Jammer, Furcorn, PomPom, Sox) |
| Aug 26-Sep 2 | Island Spotlight (Anniversary Month) | All Plant Island Rares |
| Sep 30-Oct 7 | Grand Finale (Anniversary Month) | All Rares |
| Oct 8-15 | Alt of the Earth | All Earth-element Natural Rares |
| Oct 29-Nov 2 | Everything Here Is Alive! (Spooktacle) | All Plant Island Rares |
Four of these are element-wide sales. They include Rare Entbrat because it is a Natural monster with all four of those elements. Lists that only count sales naming it directly show fewer windows. The current sale (November 5 to 9, Beat Hereafter) covers Bone Island Rares only, and the wiki’s live availability list didn’t show Rare Entbrat at 02:05 UTC on November 6.
When is the next one? Big Blue Bubble hasn’t announced one. The wiki’s history does show a pattern: Festival of Yay’s “The More the Merrier” sale has made every Rare breedable at the end of each year (December 20, 2023 to January 8, 2024; December 23, 2024 to January 6, 2025; December 22, 2025 to January 5, 2026). That is a pattern, not a confirmed 2026 date.
Buying it in the StarShop instead
Rare Natural monsters also show up in the StarShop’s “Rare Trio” sales, which the wiki says run every two weeks for 5 days, at 50% off for the first 48 hours. A Natural Quad Rare costs 5,000 Starpower (2,500 discounted). Rare Entbrat was in the Trio with Rare Tweedle and Rare Thrumble on July 20-24, 2026, January 27-31, 2025 and February 5-9, 2024. The wiki also notes that a monster on sale in the StarShop can’t be bred at the same time.

Up to 10 Wishing Torches fit on an island. A blue flame means a Torch is lit permanently (100 Diamonds); 2 Diamonds lights one for 24 hours. AI-generated illustration
How to raise your Rare Entbrat odds
- Save your Wishing Torches for the sale. Big Blue Bubble’s Structures FAQ says lit Torches increase your chances of breeding Rare monsters. You can light one for 24 hours for 2 Diamonds, or permanently for 100 Diamonds, or friends can light them for you. The wiki says you can place up to 10 per island (they unlock at level 12 and cost 10,000 coins). A Torch a friend lights doesn’t start its 24 hours until you tap it, so you can save them for the first day of a sale. The exact boost per Torch is unknown.
- Use Bowgart + Noggin when you can check the game often. When it fails and gives you a Noggin, you can breed again almost at once. A failed Bowgart costs 12 hours.
- Use T-Rox + Potbelly overnight. Its worst failure is an 8-hour T-Rox, so if it keeps failing, one 24-hour set of lit Torches still covers up to three attempts.
- Once you own a Rare Entbrat, breed it with a common Entbrat. Both Entbrat pages say this pair always gives an Entbrat. During a sale, the result can be a Rare Entbrat. Outside a sale, it’s a guaranteed common Entbrat, which helps when you need eggs to zap.
- Don’t rely on the double-element pairs. They do work, but the wiki says the triple + single pairs succeed more often.
What Rare Entbrat is good for
- Coins: at level 1 and 100% happiness it earns 30 coins a minute (14,040 max). At level 20 it earns 416 a minute (195,222 max), according to the wiki’s income table.
- Breeding Ghazt: you can use it in place of a common Entbrat in Ghazt combos, with the same odds.
- Zapping eggs: Rare Entbrat eggs go into Rare Wublins (Rare Pixolotl takes 3; Rare Bona-Petite and Rare Maulch take 2; Rare Thwok, Dwumrohl, Zuuker, Dermit and Monculus take 1). They also go into Adult Celestials: Adult Galvana takes 4, and Adult Hornacle, Glaishur, Blasoom and Torrt take 1 each. Our My Singing Monsters Wublins guide explains how zapping works.
- Gold Island goals: placing a Rare on Gold Island counts toward the Goals the same way its common version does, according to the wiki.

FAQ
How long does Rare Entbrat take to breed?
1 day, 6 hours and 30 minutes, or 22 hours 52 minutes 30 seconds enhanced. A common Entbrat from the same combo takes 1 day (18 hours enhanced), so the timer shows which one you got.
Is there a 100 percent Rare Entbrat combo?
No. Every combo can fail or give a common Entbrat. Entbrat + Rare Entbrat is only guaranteed to give an Entbrat of some kind. Lit Wishing Torches raise your chances, but no source gives an exact rate.
Can you breed Rare Entbrat on Plant Island right now?
Not as of November 6, 2026, 02:05 UTC. The most recent window was October 29 to November 2, and the current Beat Hereafter sale only covers Bone Island Rares.
How do you get Rare Entbrat without breeding it?
Buy it for 200 Diamonds while it’s on sale, or for 5,000 Starpower (2,500 in the first 48 hours) when it’s in a StarShop Rare Trio. It was last in a Trio on July 20-24, 2026.
