Honkai: Star Rail current banners (Version 4.6 Phase II)
Version 4.6, “Dance With the Beast Before Moonrise,” does something a little different. Pearl’s banner runs for the whole version, from the September 28 update to November 10. The rerun slot changed halfway through. Phase I paired Pearl with an Evanescia rerun, which ended on October 21 at 11:59 server time. Mortenax Blade took that slot at 12:00 the same day, according to the official Phase II notice.

The same three 4-star characters are boosted on both character banners: Qingque (Erudition: Quantum), Xueyi (Destruction: Quantum) and Misha (Destruction: Ice). The boosted 4-star Light Cones are Post-Op Conversation (Abundance), Planetary Rendezvous (Harmony) and Boundless Choreo (Nihility).
Who Pearl and Mortenax Blade are
The Version 4.6 update notes call Pearl a defense character. She spends “Certified Banger” to block damage for the whole team. Her Ultimate advances a teammate’s action and, under certain conditions, gives that ally an extra turn with a large Punchline and Certified Banger boost. She also heals and removes debuffs from all allies. That makes her a sustain unit for Elation teams, not a damage dealer.
Mortenax Blade first arrived in Version 4.3. HoYoverse’s 4.3 notes describe him as a damage dealer who deploys a special Zone. While the Zone is up, allies keep inflicting DEF-reduction and Vulnerability debuffs, and those trigger his extra Skill Follow-Up attacks. If you missed him in 4.3, this rerun is your chance before the version ends.
Banner end time in UTC by server
Star Rail banners run on server time, and each server uses a fixed offset: America UTC-5, Europe UTC+1, and Asia plus TW/HK/MO UTC+8 (as listed on the HSR wiki’s reset page). So the same “15:00” ends at three different moments:

Things worth knowing before you spend:
- Pity is shared by banner type. Pearl’s and Mortenax Blade’s banners are both Character Event Warps, so they share one counter and one 50/50 guarantee. Pulling on one moves you toward a 5-star on the other.
- Pity carries into 4.7. Your counter and guarantee move over to the next Character (or Light Cone) Event Warp. They don’t touch the Stellar Warp.
- 4-stars: at least one 4-star every 10 warps, and a 50% chance (75% on Light Cone banners) that it’s a featured one.
- Pearl plus her signature Light Cone at absolute worst case is 340 warps, or 54,400 Stellar Jade.

- Release timing: HoYoverse hasn’t announced the 4.7 date. The 4.6 notes say Version 4.6 runs until Nov 11, 06:00 UTC+8 (Nov 10, 22:00 UTC), and version updates usually start at that hour. Expect the date to be confirmed in the livestream.
- Confirmed 4.7 login gifts from the “The Laughter Outsmarts miHoYo” web event posts: the commemorative item “This Way I Can Keep You in the Palm of My Hand!”, the Trailblaze Fashion headwear “Elation Proxy”, 1 Golden Companion Spirit, and the Trailblaze Fashion outfit “Yellow-Purple Style.” Each is claimed by logging in during 4.7.
Any 4.7 character names you see before October 30 come from leaks, not HoYoverse, so we’ve left them out. We’ll add the official 4.7 Phase I and Phase II banners to this page after the program.
Should you pull on Pearl, Mortenax Blade, or save?
- Pull Pearl if your Elation team needs a sustain who also gives extra turns. Her banner is up for the whole version, so you don’t need to rush.
- Pull Mortenax Blade if you want a Fire damage dealer who builds his own debuff Zone, and you skipped him in 4.3.
- Save if you’re close to a guarantee and want to see the 4.7 lineup first. The livestream is only two days away and your pity carries over.
