You collect a new currency called Wisps during rounds and spend it on a Halloween battle pass. Spellbooks on the map give short power-ups, and new quests pay out Vouchers you can spend on revives.

What’s new in the Evade Halloween update
Hexagon Development Community (HDC), the studio behind Evade, describes the event on the Roblox page and in the event listing as “the scariest event of the year”. This is what the official text promises:
- 40+ Halloween cosmetics, emotes and more, bought with Wisps.
- 7+ Halloween-themed maps, mostly returning favorites.
- New weekly missions that give exotic items and currencies.
- Vouchers, a new currency “for quick revives and respawns”.
- Upgrades for deployables and utilities, paid for with Tokens and XP.
- Collectables hidden in maps that “unlock hidden lore”.
- A revamped shop, battle pass, settings and community UI. HDC also says the game’s code was rewritten “for better stability and optimization”.
The update is bigger than a seasonal reskin. If you haven’t played in a while, the menus will look different and the codes button may not be where you remember it.
How to get Wisps fast
Wisps work like earlier Evade event currencies (Candies in 2024, Bread in 2025). They spawn around the map, and you pick them up while you dodge the Nextbots. The Evade wiki’s Halloween 2026 page lists three pickups worth 1, 4 and 10 Wisps. Their names and looks weren’t filled in yet when we checked.
- Redeem the code first for an easy 40 Wisps, if it works for you.
- Play the event maps. In past events, the wiki says event maps gave a 25% bonus to event currency at the end of a round, and harder maps (Expert, then Hard, Normal, Easy) paid more. The codebase rewrite could change this, so watch your end-of-round totals.
- Grab the 10-Wisp pickups when it’s safe. Don’t risk getting downed for a 1-Wisp pickup with a Nextbot right behind you.
- Use Spellbooks to get out of trouble. The wiki says the boost lasts 10 seconds. That’s enough to outrun a chase or jump to a rooftop where you can pick up Wisps safely.
- Do the weekly missions for exotic items and Vouchers. Spend Vouchers on revives so a single mistake doesn’t cost you the round.
Evade Halloween battle pass: item prices
The wiki lists 8 battle pass tiers this year, one more than in 2025. Its early tally puts the whole pass at about 9,989 Wisps, including 10 returning items from past Halloweens at higher prices. Here are the new item skins with their listed prices. The wiki’s pages were still being filled in on launch day, so check prices in-game.

All 14 skins add up to 580 Wisps. Other prices on the wiki so far: the Stellar Nebula unusual for 80 Wisps in tier 1, the Gargoyle Stand emote for 100 and the Plushbear Carry for 140. The wiki also names the Wicked Crown cosmetic, Bobobo and Ghost Pirate Galf characters, the Enchanted Alchemy, Carnage and Gothic nametags, and the Ooga Booga, Lil’ Cthulhu, Wicker Beast and Ghost Symphony emotes. Prices for those weren’t listed yet. Returning items include the Thriller, Xylobone and Zombie Stride emotes and the Soul Rifter and Marigold Ritual unusuals.

Evade Halloween maps
HDC promises “7+ Halloween themed maps”. The wiki’s in-progress list for this year’s rotation is longer. Here it is with each map’s difficulty from the wiki’s event-map index:

Drab Small, Bedroom and Desert Bus also got Halloween decorations. Alien Metropolis (the wiki calls it the homeworld of the Glorp empire) ties into this year’s sci-fi side: the wiki lists four Glorp Cat Nextbot variants (Glorp Cat, plus Jetpack, UFO and Rover versions) as new special 3D Nextbots.
Evade Halloween codes: HALLOWEEN2026
On launch day, the wiki’s Halloween 2026 page lists the code HALLOWEEN2026 for 40 Wisps. Evade codes are normally posted on HDC’s X account and in the official Discord changelog. We couldn’t see that post from here, so treat the code as unconfirmed until it works for you. It costs nothing to try.
- Codes are case-sensitive, so type it in capitals exactly as shown.
- Before the update, the wiki placed the codes button on the right side of the main menu. The menu was revamped today, so look around if it has moved.
- Codes expire without warning. Last year’s Halloween codes (halloween_23, indebt, indebt2) no longer work.
Limited gamepasses and end dates
Two of the three sets released with the event leave sale on fixed dates, according to the official Roblox event listings. The wiki adds that HDC has cut every gamepass set, new and old, to 500 Robux “for now”.

What to do first
- Redeem
HALLOWEEN2026and check that 40 Wisps arrived. - Open the new menu and find the weekly missions. Start the ones that pay Vouchers or exotic items.
- Queue for event maps. Pick Hard or Expert maps if your team can survive them, since harder maps paid more in past events.
- Buy cheap skins for the items you use most (Compass and Radar cost 20 Wisps each), then save up for the tier 1 unusual or the emotes.
- Spend leftover Tokens and XP on the new deployable and utility upgrades.

The 2025 details come from the wiki’s Halloween 2025 page. This year’s event starts a week earlier and ends four days later, so you get about five weeks instead of three and a half to finish the pass.
