It is included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. FM27 Mobile needs a Netflix membership but has no separate price. FM27 Touch is on Apple Arcade. How much is FM27 on PC?
Sports Interactive (SI) and publisher SEGA sell the PC and Mac game through Steam, the Epic Games Store and the Microsoft Store. On Steam, the FM27 page shows “Pre-Purchase Football Manager 27”, a “PRE-PURCHASE PROMOTION! Offer ends November 10” banner and 10% off. The store’s price feed (checked 14:10 UTC) gives these amounts:

SI’s own pre-purchase announcement says the 10% discount applies when you pre-purchase “through a SEGA-approved digital retailer”. We did not read the Epic or Microsoft Store prices, so check the amount at checkout there.
There is only one edition on the Steam page: no Deluxe or Ultimate tier is listed, and no add-on content shows on it.

Does the pre-purchase get you the game early?
It did. SI says pre-purchasing gave “immediate access to the FM27 Launch Preview on PC/Mac” until full release on November 10, and that saves carry into the full game. The free play window for the Launch Preview ended at 6 PM GMT on November 3. Steam’s page says the game “plans to unlock in approximately 2 days”. Steam lists the same 20 GB of storage for both levels. The processor and memory are what change:

Is Football Manager 27 on Game Pass?
Yes, on PC. The Xbox Game Pass November 2026 Wave 1 post lists Football Manager 27 (PC) as “Available Today” for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. It also lists “Football Manager 2027 Console” for Cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC on November 10 for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, “Available on day one”.
The wording differs a little between sources. SI’s launch announcement says FM27 Console, “including Game Pass Console subscribers”, launches November 10. The Xbox Wire list names Ultimate and PC Game Pass for it, and does not name Game Pass Premium. If you only have Premium, wait for the Xbox store page to show it before you count on it. FM27 Mobile price
SI says FM27 Mobile arrives on iOS and Android “exclusively via Netflix”. Netflix’s mobile games help page says its games are “included with your Netflix membership”, with “no ads, no extra fees, no in-app purchases”, and that you need an active membership to play. So the price is whatever your Netflix plan costs in your country. We did not check plan prices, because they vary by region. FM27 Touch price
SI says FM27 Touch launches on Apple Arcade on November 10 for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV, and that the existing FM26 Touch App Store page will update to FM27 Touch automatically. Apple’s Arcade page says the subscription is $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year, shareable with up to five people through Family Sharing, and that new eligible devices come with a free trial. Prices in other countries may differ.

FM27 Console price
At 14:10 UTC on November 8 the Xbox store page showed “Coming to” and no price, and the PlayStation Store page showed “Announced” with a release time of 11/10/2026 04:00 PM UTC and no price. SI’s FAQ adds that the physical PS5 version launches November 20, ten days after the digital one on November 10. No boxed price is published that we could find. Which FM27 version is worth paying for?
This is our reading of the prices above, not SI’s advice:
- You already subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass: the PC version costs nothing extra.
- You already pay for Netflix: Mobile is free to install and play.
- You want the PC game for good and don’t subscribe to anything: buy before November 10 if you want the 10% off, since the Steam banner says the offer ends that day.
- You play on a console: there is nothing to compare yet. Wait for the store prices, or for Game Pass access on the Xbox page.
