Quick answer
- No gamepass? You can only build one floor on a 30×30 plot. Good fits: marliina’s $5k and $10k starters, iSkY’s 20K modern starter, gabranger’s 10k Victorian and iTapixca Builds’ 61k coastal home.
- Two-story family home: you need the Multiple Floors gamepass (360 Robux on Bloxburg’s store, checked Nov 4, 2026). marliina’s $15k 2-story is the cheapest one here.
- Mansion: forresta’s 35K mansion is all on one floor (no gamepass). marliina’s $70K modern mansion has 3 floors, and Thymen_Builds’ hillside mansion is built into a slope.
- Aesthetic: gothic Victorian, Scandi, boho and cottagecore all have matching official item sets. Frutiger Aero items arrive Nov 5, 2026 at 13:00 UTC.
- Want it ready-made? Prebuilt houses run from $7,500 (Happy Home of Robloxia) to $1,380,000 (Tuscan Tradition), according to the fan wiki.

What you can build without a gamepass in Bloxburg
Every regular plot is a 30×30 grid. Without gamepasses you can build on the first level only, according to the Bloxburg fan wiki. So a “no gamepass” house is always one story, and it has to fit that grid. These are the gamepasses that change what you can build, with the prices on Bloxburg’s own store (Roblox game-pass data, checked Nov 4, 2026, 08:50 UTC). Some guides still list older prices, like 375 Robux for Multiple Floors.
| Gamepass | Price | What it unlocks for builds |
|---|---|---|
| Multiple Floors | 360 Robux | Build up to 5 floors |
| Large Plot | 250 Robux | Plot grows from 30×30 to 50×50 |
| Basements | 100 Robux | One level underground |
| Advanced Placing | 250 Robux | Place items without collision checks, scale tool, structural items |
| Transform Plus | 600 Robux | Transform basic shapes and structurals, with looser limits |
| Premium | 300 Robux | Not a build tool: halved bills and the choice of plot |
The costs below are what each builder says in the video title, on the thumbnail or in the description. They’re in-game cash estimates, not prices we checked, and item prices can change with updates. Video ages are as of Nov 4, 2026. We’ve described each build in our own words; watch the video for the full step-by-step.

The $5k is for the shell only. In her decorating video she says the interior costs about $15k more, so plan for about $20k in total.
- marliina: 10k no gamepass house. A cream-sided one-story with a stone base, one big front window, a dark garage door and a picket fence. It’s the newest build on this list (late October 2026), so it was made with Bloxburg’s current build tools.
- iSkY: 20K modern starter home. A flat-roofed white modern home with floor-to-ceiling glass and a compact open kitchen and living room. Pick this one if you’d rather have a clean modern box than siding and gables.

Bloxburg prebuilt houses: ready-made ideas and prices
If you’d rather start from a finished house and renovate it, you can pick a prebuilt when you first join or when you buy a new house slot. The fan wiki’s prebuilt list (last edited Oct 30, 2026) counts 51 of them, including limited-time ones. Here’s a spread from cheapest to priciest. Prices are in in-game money, as the wiki lists them.
| Prebuilt | Price | Beds / baths | Gamepasses needed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Happy Home of Robloxia | $7,500 | 1 / 1 | None |
| Cozy Cottage | $20,000 | 2 / 2 | None |

Mourning Manor, the Oct 22, 2026 prebuilt, is listed at $547,000 and needs Multiple Floors. Image: Bloxburg Development / Roblox
Peaceful Pavilion ($220,000) is the most expensive prebuilt on the wiki’s list that needs no gamepass, and 11 non-limited prebuilts need none. The $400k price of the new Victorian prebuilt also shows up in PeetahBread’s tour of it. The wiki also notes that content creators who design prebuilts work to a budget, with no custom decals and no basic shapes or structurals. In our view, that makes them good models if you build without Advanced Placing.
Bloxburg house layout tips (our tips)
These tips are our own suggestions, based on the plot rules and the builds above. They aren’t official Bloxburg advice.
- Split the 30×30 grid into three zones before placing a wall: a public front (entry, living room, kitchen), a private back (bedrooms, bathroom) and a service side (garage, laundry). Both of marliina’s starters keep the garage to one side so the front door stays near the centre.
- No Multiple Floors? Go wide, not tall. forresta’s and iTapixca’s one-story builds get their “big house” look from L- and U-shaped footprints and several rooflines. Raise the walls and stack gables to add height without a second floor.
- Build the shell first, then budget for the inside. Most builders split exterior and interior into separate videos, and the interior can cost more than the shell (marliina: about $5k outside, about $15k inside).
- Use the 2026 build tools. The official Building Improvements update (May 28, 2026) added box placement for walls, fences, floors and roofs, and chain placement for walls, fences, structurals and paths. They’re the fastest way to lay out rooms and garden paths. The Hollow Gable Roofs update (Sep 17, 2026) is worth trying for attic-style top floors.
- Watch your house value. The wiki says bills grow with your home’s value, so a pricey mansion costs more to keep running. The official Premium gamepass halves bills.
- Running out of space? The wiki says Large Plot also doubles your plot data, and that when you hit 100% you can buy an extra 20% for 59 Robux. Cut extra décor before you pay.
