Our Arknights: Endfield tier list for November 2026 puts Tangtang, Pogranichnik, Gilberta, Rossi and the rest of the operators that both major tier lists rank at the very top in S tier, with Si joining them. But only a few of them can actually be pulled right now. Argent Flow’s Chartered banner opened on November 5 and Tangtang’s rerun runs until November 19, so we also mark who a new player can get this month and suggest a starter team built from free and guaranteed operators.
- Quick answer: S tier: Si, Tangtang, Pogranichnik, Perlica, Gilberta, Liino, Rossi, Mi Fu, Zhuang Fangyi, Arcane and Camille. Strong A tier: Typhoeus, Ardelia, Xaihi, Laevatain, Yvonne, Last Rite and Lifeng.
- Pullable this month: Argent Flow (rate-up), Si and Typhoeus on the current Chartered banner, Tangtang on her RE-Factor rerun to November 19, and the five standard 6★ operators: Ember, Lifeng, Ardelia, Last Rite and Pogranichnik.
- Free for every account: the Endministrator and Ardelia, a 6★ Nature Supporter who comes on day 3 of the beginner login event.
- Starter team: Endministrator, Pogranichnik, Chen Qianyu and Ardelia, a Physical team built from free, guaranteed and 5★ operators.
- Argent Flow isn’t ranked yet. He only came out on November 5, and no major tier list has placed him so far.
Table of Contents
How we ranked the operators (our criteria)
This ranking is ours, not Gryphline’s. We haven’t played the game, so we didn’t make up our own damage numbers. We combined the two most complete English tier lists that cover the current roster and checked their placements against the official roster and banner announcements:
- Pocket Gamer’s tier list by Cristina Mesesan, updated November 4, 2026 for version 1.6.3 (latest addition: Si). It uses S+ to C tiers and splits them into DPS, sub-DPS, support and tank columns.
- Pocket Tactics’ tier list, updated September 4, 2026. It uses SS to C tiers and was written before Si and Argent Flow came out.
The method: each list’s top tier counts 4 points, then 3, 2, 1 and 0 for the lower tiers, and we average the two. S = 4 (top tier on both lists), A = 3 to 3.5, B = 2 to 2.5, C = 1 to 1.5, D = below 1. When an operator is on only one list (Si and Purrchena), we use that one placement. Class and element come from Gryphline’s official operator page. Availability comes from Gryphline’s banner notices, checked November 5, 2026 at 22:20 UTC.
Two caveats. Pocket Gamer lists Si under DPS, but her official class is Supporter. Both lists also stress that synergy matters more than raw tier in this game, so use the table to choose who to pull and build first, not as a verdict on who’s “bad”.

“Standard” means the operator is in Basic Headhunting, according to the Endfield Talos Wiki. The five standard 6★ operators also show up in every Chartered banner’s 6★ pool in Gryphline’s notices. “No banner now” means the operator isn’t in any banner Gryphline currently lists. Pocket Gamer places Pogranichnik twice (S+ sub-DPS and S tank), so we used his higher placement. The official page counts the Endministrator twice (both versions of the main character), which is how the roster reaches 35 entries.
Current banner: Argent Flow (and who else is in the pool)

According to Gryphline’s banner notice, The Hearth Fire Beckons the Starry Flow Chartered Headhunting opened on November 5, 2026 at 12:00 server time and runs until the next version update. Gryphline hasn’t given that date yet.
| Server | Server time zone | Opened (UTC) |
|---|---|---|
| Americas / Europe | UTC-5 | Nov 5, 17:00 UTC |
| Asia | UTC+8 | Nov 5, 04:00 UTC |
- Rate-up 6★: Argent Flow. Other 6★ operators that can drop: Si, Typhoeus, Ember, Lifeng, Ardelia, Last Rite and Pogranichnik.
- Milestones on this banner: a free 10-pull (Urgent Recruitment) after 30 pulls, a Headhunting Dossier after 60 (it becomes 10 permits for the next Chartered banner), and an Argent Flow token every 240 pulls.
- Freebies: The Stars Are With Me 7-day sign-in event gives 5 banner permits, and the Combat Drills trial with Argent Flow gives 100 Oroberyl plus a level 60 gear crate.
- Rule to know: after 3 more Chartered banners, the rate-up operator leaves the Chartered pool, and Gryphline says they won’t be added to Basic Headhunting. Liino just dropped out this way: she was in Si’s pool but isn’t in Argent Flow’s.
The base rates and pity rules aren’t in the notice, and Gryphline points to the in-game Headhunting screen for them. The Endfield Talos Wiki lists a 0.8% base 6★ rate, a guaranteed 6★ by pull 80 (with rising odds from pull 66), a 50% chance that a 6★ is the rate-up operator, and a guaranteed rate-up operator at pull 120 on each Chartered banner. Check the in-game details before you plan around those numbers.
The weapon banner that opened with it is the Moongleam Issue, which boosts the 6★ sword Lunar Calling. You pay for it with Arsenal Tickets, which you earn from operator pulls: 2,000 per 6★, 200 per 5★ and 20 per 4★.
What Argent Flow does (from the in-game description)
Argent Flow is a 6★ Electric Guard who uses a sword. Here’s his kit according to the game text (via the Endfield Talos Wiki, to be confirmed in-game). His battle skill applies high-level Electrification to enemies in a large area, and that Electrification also makes them take more damage of all types. His ultimate is a charge that drags weak enemies to its end point, then applies Electric Infliction and Crush. A debuff that boosts all damage types should help any team, but he’s been out for less than a day, so neither tier list has placed him yet. We’ll add him at the next update. If you pull for him, operators whose kits apply Electric Infliction, like Perlica (S on our list), are the obvious partners on paper.
Tangtang rerun: last chance until November 19

Tangtang's rerun guarantees her within 120 pulls and ends November 19. Image: GRYPHLINE / Hypergryph
Tangtang, a 6★ Cryo Caster, sits in S tier on both lists. She’s back on the Ancestral Spring Flows Anew RE-Factor banner until November 19 at 11:59 server time. That’s 16:59 UTC on Americas / Europe and 03:59 UTC on Asia. This banner is friendlier than a normal Chartered one:
- Tangtang is guaranteed within your first 120 pulls. That guarantee works once across all banners with this name, and your count carries over to future runs.
- You get a free 10-pull at 30, 60 and 90 pulls, and a Tangtang token every 240 pulls.
Her kit, per the game text: she applies Cryo Infliction and hits crowds of enemies, and her combo skill (triggered by Cryo Infliction or Arts Bursts) can boost Arts Susceptibility. Of all the S tier damage dealers, she’s the only one you can pull this month, which makes her the easiest high-tier pick for players who missed her in March.
Best operators by role
These are the top picks in each official class, taken from our tier column. Where a player can get the operator right now, we say so.
Best DPS (Striker and Guard)
- Rossi, Mi Fu and Zhuang Fangyi (S): the strongest damage dealers on both lists, but none of them has a banner right now. Zhuang Fangyi creates Sunderblades for continuous Electric damage, and Rossi stacks Vulnerability and mixes elements.
- Typhoeus (A, pullable now): a Nature Striker who fights from range. In her Hovering state she uses Hunting Arrows to trigger frequent Arts Bursts.
- Last Rite and Lifeng (A, standard): the best damage dealers in the standard pool. Last Rite builds damage from Cryo Infliction stacks, and Lifeng knocks enemies down and gives teammates a Link buff.
- Laevatain and Yvonne (A): featured in the first banners after launch (January and February). They’re still solid on both lists but have no banner now.
Best supports (Supporter and Caster)
- Si (S, pullable now): her battle skill marks a target with Artful Intent, which stores part of the damage it takes and later releases it as area Fixed DMG. Her ultimate gives the whole team Cryo and Heat Amp and shortens the combo cooldown of the operator in slot one.
- Perlica (S, 5★ standard): applies Electric Infliction and Electrification to set up her teammates. She’s the only 5★ in our S tier.
- Gilberta, Liino and Arcane (S): top tier on both lists, but none of them is on a banner right now.
- Ardelia (A, free): heals and makes enemies take more damage. Pocket Tactics calls her the best support in the game, and every account gets her on day 3 of the beginner login.
- Xaihi (A, 5★ standard): heals the controlled operator and gives the team an Amp buff with her ultimate.
Best Vanguards and Defenders
- Pogranichnik (S, standard): a Physical Vanguard who deals damage and recovers SP, and who uses up Vulnerability stacks to strengthen his skills.
- Camille (S): a Heat Vanguard whose Firefang Vesperwings apply Heat Infliction, Weakness and Heat Susceptibility. He has no banner right now.
- Ember (B, standard): the top Defender in the pool. She heals the controlled operator and shields the whole team with her ultimate. Pocket Tactics notes that cheaper operators can replace her.
- Snowshine (B, 5★): the best-ranked non-6★ Defender, with retaliation, healing and a Solidification ultimate.
Best starter team for new players

A new account's first 6★ comes from New Horizons Headhunting, guaranteed within 40 pulls. Image: GRYPHLINE / Hypergryph
A new account is guaranteed at least two strong pieces. New Horizons Headhunting guarantees one 6★ from the standard roster within 40 pulls (Ember, Lifeng, Ardelia, Last Rite or Pogranichnik), and the beginner login gives you Ardelia on day 3. Pocket Tactics also reports that a February 5 update gave out a free standard-banner 6★ selector and that another comes after 300 Basic Headhunting pulls. Our starter team, chosen on paper from the in-game skill text:
| Slot | Operator | How you get it | Job in the team |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Pogranichnik (6★ Vanguard) | New Horizons guarantee, selector or standard pulls | Physical damage and SP recovery; uses Vulnerability stacks |
| 2 | Chen Qianyu (5★ Guard) | Standard pulls | Builds Vulnerability stacks quickly and staggers single targets |
| 3 | Endministrator (6★ Guard) | Free (main character) | All-round sword user; combo skill supports teammates, Crush |
| 4 | Ardelia (6★ Supporter) | Free, login day 3 | Healing plus damage-taken debuffs |
Why this team: Chen Qianyu builds the Vulnerability stacks that Pogranichnik’s skills consume, the Endministrator fills in with Physical damage and Crush, and Ardelia keeps everyone alive. Pocket Tactics also recommends Pogranichnik as the core of a Physical team and suggests pairing him with Lifeng. If New Horizons gives you Lifeng instead, swap him in for Chen Qianyu. If you get Last Rite, build a Cryo team around her with Xaihi for healing and Amp.
Who to pull with your Oroberyl this month: Tangtang before November 19 if you want the safest S tier damage dealer (her 120-pull guarantee makes the cost predictable), or Argent Flow if you’d rather bet on the newest operator before the lists rank him. Codes also add free currency. Our Arknights: Endfield codes list has every working code and how to redeem it.

FAQ
Who is the best operator in Arknights: Endfield right now?
No single operator wins in every team. On our combined ranking, the S tier operators you can pull in November are Si (current Chartered pool), Tangtang (rerun to November 19) and the standard Pogranichnik and Perlica. Of the operators with no banner right now, Rossi, Mi Fu and Zhuang Fangyi top both lists for damage.
Is Argent Flow worth pulling?
His kit, a large-area Electrification that raises all damage taken plus a crowd-gathering charge, points to a strong Electric Guard. But he came out on November 5 and no major tier list has ranked him yet. If you’d rather wait, a Headhunting Dossier you earn on his banner (at 60 pulls) carries 10 permits into the next Chartered banner.
How long is the Argent Flow banner?
It opened November 5 at 12:00 server time (17:00 UTC on Americas / Europe, 04:00 UTC on Asia). Gryphline only says it ends “before version update and maintenance” and hasn’t given a date yet.
Is Ardelia free?
Yes. She’s the day 3 reward of the beginner login event, according to the Endfield Talos Wiki and Pocket Tactics, and she’s also in the standard pool, so extra copies can come from pulls.
Does Arknights: Endfield have a weapon tier list too?
Weapons come from the separate Arsenal Issue banners. The current one is Moongleam Issue, with Lunar Calling (Sword) on rate-up. This tier list covers operators only.
