According to Digital Bros’ (505 Games’ Parent Company) Finanical Reports, a Bloodstained Ritual of the Night Sequel is in development. The original one has sold more than one million copies and resulted in a profit of 30.2 Million Euros.

I am a huge fan of Bloodstained Ritual of The Night and most of the games I have played by Koji Igarashi, so I cannot wait to see the sequel. However, I still need to play the Bloodstained Curse of The Moon series. I just never got around playing those games for some reason.
I am a fan of the Castlevania Franchise as well. I wrote an article on how Konami can revive the franchise with a reboot last year too.
I am pretty sure the budget for Ritual of The Night Sequel will be very high because 505 Games usually spends a lot of money on profitable titles.
Ghostrunner by 505 Games sold around 600k, and the sequel getting double the budget of the original title. I’d love to see this treatment on Ritual of The Night as well. I cannot imagine what Koji Igarashi and his team will be able to do with twice the budget of the original Bloodstained Ritual of The Night.
