Whiteout Survival Events Calendar (November 2026) in UTC

Written by Hana

Bear Hunt every 47.5 hours, Alliance Championship weekly from Monday 00:00 UTC, SvS about monthly: every recurring event in UTC, plus which ones use keys.

The Whiteout Survival events calendar runs on UTC. Bear Hunt can be started about every two days, Alliance Championship runs every week from Monday 00:00 UTC, and Hall of Chief, Sunfire Castle, Frostfire Mine and Foundry Battle come round every two weeks. The big cross-state events (SvS, King of Icefield, Alliance Showdown, Canyon Clash) come round about once a month. This guide puts all of them on one timeline in UTC with local times, shows which events use recruitment keys, and lists what is live in early November 2026.

Event names, rules and times come from Century Games’ official Whiteout Survival wiki and the Whiteout Survival help center, both checked November 3, 2026, 08:20 UTC. Recurring weekly and monthly slots are patterns, not fixed dates. Your own state’s dates depend on its age and its event rotation, so the in-game event calendar always wins.

Quick answer: Whiteout Survival events calendar

  • About every 2 days: Bear Hunt. R4/R5 open it, the hunt lasts 30 minutes, and an alliance can summon the bear every 47.5 hours.
  • Every week: Alliance Championship (Monday 00:00 to Monday 00:00 UTC), Fortress Battles (battle phase on Friday) and Hall of Heroes (Sunday to Tuesday).
  • Every 2 weeks: Hall of Chief, Sunfire Castle, and Frostfire Mine and Foundry Battle (they alternate).
  • About every 4 weeks: SvS (State of Power), King of Icefield, Alliance Showdown, Alliance Mobilization, Canyon Clash, Brothers in Arms, Mia’s Fortune and the Fishing Tournament.
  • Crazy Joe: Tuesday and Thursday in SvS, King of Icefield and Hall of Chief weeks, according to the wiki.
  • Events that use keys: Vision of Dawn has daily Advanced and Epic Recruitment missions, and Tundra Adventure has an Epic Recruitment mission. The wiki also says to save keys for Frosty Fortune and skin events.
  • Live now: a Sunfire Castle event card on Google Play runs November 2 to 8, 2026 (UTC).

Whiteout Survival events this week (November 2026)

Century Games lists two in-app events on the game’s Google Play page (checked November 3, 08:20 UTC). The cards give the store’s promotion window. They don’t name the in-game event, so we quote them as written:

Store event card Starts (UTC) Ends (UTC) What the card says
“Frozen fate, power play, who’ll reign as ultimate?” Nov 2, 00:00 Nov 8, 23:00 “Conquer Sunfire Castle, be the one above many.”
“Repel enemies and keep the fiesta going.” Oct 27, 00:00 Nov 3, 23:00 “Fight Pumpkin Fiends with Smith, defend the City, and knock on witches’ doors for festive surprises!”

The Halloween-themed card ends tonight, November 3, at 23:00 UTC (6:00 PM ET, 3:00 PM PT). Sunfire Castle battles in your own state still follow your state’s two-week rotation, so check your Events tab for the exact countdown.

Weekly event schedule in UTC (the repeating pattern)

This is the week as the official wiki describes it for an established state. Not every event runs every week (see the cycle table further down), but when they run, they use these days:

Day (UTC) What usually happens
Monday Alliance Championship sign-up opens at 00:00. King of Icefield (Monday to Sunday) and Alliance Mobilization (Monday to Saturday) start in their weeks. The Labyrinth resets its stage progress.
Tuesday Crazy Joe in SvS, King of Icefield and Hall of Chief weeks. Lucky Wheel runs Tuesday to Thursday when it is scheduled.
Wednesday Alliance Championship sign-up closes at 23:00, then matchmaking runs to Thursday 00:00.
Thursday Crazy Joe again in those weeks. The five one-hour Alliance Championship rounds follow matchmaking, each with a prep window about 11 hours before it.
Friday Fortress Battles battle phase. In Sunfire Castle weeks, Brothers in Arms starts at 00:00.
Saturday Alliance Championship battles end at 12:00. Canyon Clash battle day (current wiki schedule). SvS matchmaking runs Saturday and Sunday.
Sunday Brothers in Arms ends at 00:00. Hall of Heroes runs Sunday to Tuesday.

Bear Hunt schedule and cooldown

Bear Hunt is the event you’ll see most. According to the wiki’s Bear Hunt page:

  • R4 or R5 members open the hunt, and everyone then has 30 minutes to beat the raging bear.
  • An alliance can summon the bear every 47.5 hours. Only alliances of level 5 or higher can build the trap.
  • Your personal cooldown runs on UTC calendar days. If you join on Monday (any time), you sit out all of Tuesday and can join again from Wednesday 00:00 UTC.
  • Arrowheads from beasts on the map raise damage against the bear by up to 25% (level 5 max).

The help center adds that you must be in the alliance for more than 46 hours before you can join. BlueStacks reports that alliances can now keep two Bear Traps, so different time zones get their own hunt. For rally leaders and joiners by generation, see our Whiteout Survival hero tier list with Bear Trap line-ups.

Crazy Joe: which days and how it works

The official wiki says Crazy Joe runs on Tuesday and Thursday during the SvS, King of Icefield and Hall of Chief weeks. Rewards arrive the next day, so on Wednesday and Friday. The rest of the rules, from the wiki and help center:

  • R4/R5 schedule or start it and pick the alliance HQ where Joe spawns. You need Furnace Lv. 7 and an alliance to take part.
  • It lasts about 40 minutes: 20 waves, with waves 10 and 20 hitting the alliance HQ. There are 21 difficulty levels.
  • Shields don’t work. After two failed defenses, Joe stops attacking that city.
  • Teleporting during the event cancels the part you are in.

SvS (State of Power) timeline

From the wiki’s SvS page:

Phase When What you do
Matchmaking Saturday and Sunday Day 1 pairs states by the Troop Power of their top 100 chiefs, battle record and activity. Day 2 shows your opponent.
Preparation 6 days Five days of point tasks (Fire Crystals, speedups, hero shards, pets, Mithril, troop training and more). Winner revealed on day 6 at 10:00 UTC.
Battle Battle day Cross-state portal opens at 10:00 UTC. Sunfire Castle fight starts at 12:00 UTC in the losing prep state and lasts 5 hours.
Field Triage After the battle Revive part of your lost troops with alliance help (Rebirth Tomes).

Your Furnace level decides how much of your prep score counts for the state. The wiki lists 100% at Fire Crystal 4 and above, 50% at Fire Crystal 2 to 3, and 0% from Lv. 16 to Fire Crystal 1, and notes that these cutoffs can change with state progress. If you’re offline when the portal opens, the wiki suggests a shield first.

Hall of Chief, King of Icefield and Sunfire Castle

Hall of Chief

Per the wiki, Hall of Chief runs every two weeks. It lasts 6 days in Season 1 and 7 days from Season 2. Each day has its own spending task (use certain items to score), with a daily points target and a state ranking. Save the matching items for the right day instead of using them early.

King of Icefield

King of Icefield is a monthly cross-state event that runs Monday to Sunday. You can earn 2 medals a day. The daily themes are:

Day Theme
1 City Construction
2 Hero Development
3 Basic Skill Up
4 Combat Training
5 Basic Skills Up
6 Combat Training
7 Hero Development

Sunfire Castle

The wiki says Sunfire Castle runs every two weeks and lasts 5 hours. The alliance that holds the castle for 2.5 hours in a row wins. If nobody manages that, the longest holder wins. Cities inside the Alert Zone are teleported out 2 hours before the start, and teleporting back in turns off your shield. An older help-center article gives 3 hours in a row and a 6-hour cap, so check the rules screen in your state’s event.

Alliance events: Championship, Foundry, Canyon Clash, Frostfire

  • Alliance Championship (wiki, updated November 2, 2026): sign-up Monday 00:00 to Wednesday 23:00 UTC, matchmaking Wednesday 23:00 to Thursday 00:00, five one-hour rounds ending Saturday 12:00, then standings and rewards to Monday 00:00. Six alliances, three lanes per round, and two lanes win the round. The shop resets every Monday 00:00 UTC.
  • Foundry Battle (help center): 2 days of voting, 2 of registration and 2 of matchmaking, then a one-hour battle. Losses don’t affect your city’s troops, and voting only advises: R4/R5 pick the final time.
  • Canyon Clash: a monthly three-way battle between alliances from different states, lasting one hour. The wiki and BlueStacks give voting Monday and Tuesday, registration Wednesday and Thursday, matchmaking Friday and the battle on Saturday. An older help-center article lists Saturday-to-Thursday, so trust the in-game timer.
  • Frostfire Mine (help center): a solo event every two weeks for Furnace Lv. 16+. You register and play on the same day, and registration opens 10 minutes before your slot. The wiki lists slots at 02, 05, 11, 14, 16, 18 and 21 UTC. The help center says 6 slots, so your state may show fewer.

Which Whiteout Survival events use keys?

The keys players ask about are recruitment keys for Advanced and Epic Recruitment. On the official wiki, these events reward using them:

Event Key task (per the wiki) How long
Vision of Dawn Use Advanced Recruitment x10 and Epic Recruitment x30 (x10 + x20) each day: 30 Advanced and 90 Epic keys over the event 3 days, missions reset daily
Tundra Adventure (Adventurer Drill) Daily mission: use Epic Recruitment 2x 7 days, irregular
Frosty Fortune and skin events The wiki’s Vision of Dawn guide says to keep keys for these too Varies

The wiki’s Vision of Dawn guide notes that the recruitment missions unlock around Gen 3 (about 120 days of state age). Younger states get resource and training missions instead. The simple rule: hold your Advanced and Epic keys until one of these events is live, rather than using them on a normal day. For the current redeem codes and their rewards, see our Whiteout Survival gift codes page.

Why your calendar differs from other players’ (state age)

Whiteout Survival unlocks events and generations by your state’s age, the days since your server opened. That’s why two friends in different states can see different weeks. Examples from the wiki and help center:

  • Hero generations: the Lucky Wheel hero changes as your state ages, roughly Gen 2 at 40 days, Gen 3 at 120, Gen 4 at 195 and Gen 5 at 270 (the wiki notes the days vary a little).
  • Alliance Mobilization runs twice a month until about 13 weeks of state age. After that, Alliance Showdown takes one of its slots.
  • Labyrinth unlocks on the Monday of the 4th week after the server opens (Furnace Lv. 19 and Command Center Lv. 1).
  • Legendary gear tasks in King of Icefield appear around day 180. Pets need Furnace Lv. 18 and a minimum state age (about 54 days, per the wiki’s Labyrinth page).
  • State Transfer blocks moves into a state if your character is too much older than it (90, 120 or 180 days, depending on state age).

Your Events tab and the in-game calendar show the real dates for your state. Treat every weekly slot in this guide as the usual pattern, not a promise.

How to plan a month of Whiteout Survival events

  1. Write down your state’s SvS week. Most of the monthly events (King of Icefield, Alliance Showdown, Crazy Joe days) sit around it.
  2. Save the right items for the right event. SvS prep days count Fire Crystals, speedups and hero shards, and King of Icefield follows its daily themes. Vision of Dawn counts recruitment keys. Hall of Chief has its own item task each day.
  3. Never skip the attendance events. Bear Hunt, Crazy Joe and Frostfire Mine are mostly about being online on time with your troops, so they are the easiest rewards in the calendar.
