Sony has just removed Ghost of Tsushima’s Original Version from PlayStation Store and has technically replaced it with Ghost of Tsushima’s Director’s Cut; this might seem like a weird move, but again you can access the base game without any Director’s Cut stuff if you are to pre-order it now so again it doesn’t affect people who want to buy and play the game now.
For PlayStation 4 Users, it just seems like an expansion because there isn’t much of an upgrade except that Iki Island Expansion, but it seems like a decent deal for PlayStation 5 Users since it offers stuff such as 60FPS, Dualsense Haptic Feedback and 4K.

I do not think that I will play the entire game again since I wasn’t a big fan of it, but I might try it again on PlayStation 5 whenever I’m able to get my hands on one; it’s still really hard to get a PlayStation 5 in nearly every country it goes out of stock in a few minutes.
However, this is good news for people because no one would be able to buy the original version which was the same price on PlayStation Store and they would end up getting a better version instead.
