The official listing art (above) shows a tall pink-and-cream hotel tower with palm trees, a large outdoor pool, sun loungers, a pink juice bar and a sign reading “Oasis Bay” over the entrance. That art is the only picture Amberry Games has shared so far. The studio hasn’t said in text that “Oasis Bay” is the hotel’s name, so treat that as what the picture shows, not a confirmed name.
Nothing official lists hotel rooms, furniture, new cars, outfits or codes for this update yet. If you see a “full update log” on video sites before Sunday, it is guesswork or a leak. We’ll add the real list from the official “out now” post on @BerryAvenueGame once the update is live.
How much is the Hotel Penthouse in Berry Avenue?
The new Hotel Penthouse! game pass costs 599 Robux on Roblox’s official game pass data (checked November 6, 04:15 UTC). Amberry Games created it on November 5 at 19:50 UTC, about four hours after the Hotel Update listing went up, and it is already for sale. Its description says it “Gives you access to the luxury penthouse in the hotel!”
Our tip: wait until Sunday before you buy it. The hotel itself only arrives with the update, so you can’t see the penthouse yet, and the description doesn’t say how big it is or what’s inside. It’s the same price as the older Top Floor Penthouse and First Class Travel passes, which are separate purchases.

Two smaller official changes sit between those listings: @BerryAvenueGame said on June 6, 2026, that the main menu had been redesigned to make it easier to check the latest updates and explore destinations, and the game page shows the experience was last republished on October 22, 2026. That’s almost five months between big listed updates, which is why the Hotel Update is getting so much attention.
What time do Berry Avenue updates come out?
Looking at the listings above, Berry Avenue’s big updates keep to 6:00 PM UK time, usually on a weekend. In UK summer time that’s 17:00 UTC (Hospital Revamp, Law & Order, the Seoul update), and in UK winter time it’s 18:00 UTC (High School Revamp, New Mansion and More, and now the Hotel Update). Amberry Games’ own post for Law & Order said it “arrives Sat June 13 at 6 PM”, which matched the 17:00 UTC listing in British Summer Time. This is our reading of the official times, not a rule the studio has stated, so always check the listing for each new update.
For US players that means Berry Avenue updates usually land around lunchtime on the East Coast and in the morning on the West Coast. In Asia and Australia they usually arrive overnight.
Is the Berry Avenue mall update coming?
Not yet, as far as anything official goes. On May 21, 2025, @BerryAvenueGame posted to “clear up some of the rumours regarding a mall update”, saying “We do have plans for a mall, but we are working on a huge map revamp first” so the mall would have a proper place on the map. Since then the official updates have revamped the High School, the hospital and the police station. No mall listing exists as of November 6, and the Hotel Update listing doesn’t mention one.

What to do before the Berry Avenue update
- Follow the event. Open the official Hotel Update event page on Roblox and follow it so you get a reminder when it starts.
- Set your local time. Use the table above. If you’re in India, the Philippines, Korea or Australia, it’s a late-night or early-morning update.
- Hold off on the penthouse pass. It’s already on sale for 599 Robux, but you can’t see the penthouse until the hotel is in the game. Decide once you’ve had a look.
- Join a new server after the start. Servers that were already running may stay on the old version. If you don’t see the hotel, leave and rejoin.
- Watch @BerryAvenueGame. For past updates the account posted an “out now” message with an update log. That’s the place for the official list of new rooms and items.
