The next Brookhaven update is the Art Deco update. It starts on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 19:00 UTC: 11:00 AM PST, 2:00 PM EST and 7:00 PM in the UK. That time comes from the official “✨ ART DECO ✨” event listing that Brookhaven by Voldex posted on Roblox. The listing promises “a beautiful new Premium House, a FREE house for everyone, PLUS brand-new props”. Before it lands, two other things end: the Community Outfits beta listing on Thursday, November 5, at 19:00 UTC, and Brookhaven’s Halloween event on Friday at 17:44 UTC. All times were checked November 5 at 02:00 UTC.
This page covers the Brookhaven update itself: the start time in every region, everything Voldex has officially said about the Art Deco houses and props, what the Premium game pass costs, and what ends this week. We only use Voldex’s own listings, the game page and Roblox’s official game pass data, so there are no leaks or datamined “secrets” here. We update this page every week with the next Brookhaven update.

Brookhaven update time in every region
We converted the official UTC times from the listings with the standard time zone database. US and UK clocks went back on November 1, so these are winter (standard) times. The Art Deco listing ends at the same local time one week later, on Thursday, November 12 (Friday, November 13 from India eastward).

Why is it 19:00 UTC and not 18:00? Most of Brookhaven’s summer and autumn update listings started at 18:00 UTC on a Friday, which was 11:00 AM Pacific daylight time (the Community Outfits beta on October 30 was an exception at 19:00 UTC). Art Deco starts at 19:00 UTC, which is 11:00 AM Pacific standard time. So the update keeps its usual late-morning slot in the US, but arrives an hour later in UTC than most October updates. In India, Southeast Asia and Australia, where the clocks didn’t change, that means an hour later than last month. That’s our reading of the listings; Voldex hasn’t explained the change.
What’s in the Brookhaven Art Deco update
Voldex’s full description on the Art Deco listing is one sentence: “A beautiful new Premium House, a FREE house for everyone, PLUS brand-new props to bring some vintage glamour to your Brookhaven builds!” The subtitle is “New houses & props!” and the listing is in Roblox’s “new content” category. Here’s what it tells you:
- Two new houses. One is a Premium House and one is free for every player. That matches the pattern of recent updates, which often pair a paid house with a free one (see the table below).
- New props. “Vintage glamour” fits the Art Deco style of the 1920s and 1930s: geometric shapes, gold trim and sunburst patterns. Voldex hasn’t listed the props by name yet. For the Spa update in October, the listing named seven props and a tool, so expect a proper list when the update goes live.
- Not mentioned: new vehicles, tools, a VIP item or a price for the house. We’ll add anything Voldex confirms after launch.
The listing’s image is a teaser: a blurred view of the Brookhaven map behind an “ART DECO UPDATE!” banner. Voldex hasn’t shown a clear picture of either house in its official listings.
How much is the Premium House in Brookhaven?
Brookhaven doesn’t sell most Premium houses one by one. They come with the Premium game pass. Roblox’s official data for that pass (checked November 5, 02:00 UTC) shows:
| Game pass | Price | What it unlocks (official description) |
|---|---|---|
| Premium | 320 Robux | “Premium houses, exclusive vehicles, the helicopter, jet plane, and house pools”, plus a unique chat color |
| VIP | 749 Robux | “100+ exclusive items including VIP houses, vehicles, tools, props, animations and avatar effects”, a VIP chat tag, no house cooldown, +5 props and 2 vehicles at once in public servers |
The Art Deco listing calls the new home a “Premium House”, so it should be part of the Premium pass. Voldex hasn’t said that directly, and the Brookhaven community wiki lists some themed houses (such as the Halloween Monster House) as separate bundles, so we’ll confirm in the game after launch. If you already own Premium, you shouldn’t need to pay again for a regular Premium house. Prices can also differ by region and platform: the Brookhaven community wiki warns that Roblox price tests and regional pricing can change what you see. According to the same wiki, Voldex raised Premium from 275 to 320 Robux and cut VIP from 999 to 749 Robux on September 25, 2026. That fits the “Updated” date on Roblox’s data for both passes.
Free house and Premium house updates: recent history
A free house is now a regular part of Brookhaven updates. These are the recent house updates, with each listing’s own wording:
| Update (listing title) | Start (UTC) | New houses, in Voldex’s words |
|---|---|---|
| Modern Houses | Fri May 29, 18:00 | “A sleek single-story modern home” and “a luxurious three-story modern home featuring a premium interior and courtyard” |
| Futuristic Homes | Fri Aug 7, 18:00 | A new house, a new estate and an “Empty Plot Home” for your own prop builds |
| Lavender Luxury | Fri Aug 28, 18:00 | A “new free, cute home” (the Library House) and a “new premium home with a movie theatre and karaoke” |
| Military + Free House | Fri Oct 2, 18:10 | A military house with a launchable missile and helipad, plus the free Villa House “with a unique vineyard aesthetic” |
| Welcome to the Spa | Fri Oct 16, 17:30 | A new spa estate with an underground grotto, indoor pool and sauna, plus a free “open concept bungalow” |
| Art Deco | Fri Nov 6, 19:00 | A new Premium House and “a FREE house for everyone” |

Art Deco is the third free house in five weeks. The free houses don’t need a game pass, so they’re the part of the update every player gets.
Community Outfits beta ends November 5: what we know
The “Community Outfits BETA!” listing ran from October 30 at 19:00 UTC and ends Thursday, November 5, at 19:00 UTC. According to Voldex’s listing, the update added:
- Community Outfits in the avatar editor, “released to 70% of players for now as a BETA test”. You can upload outfits for the whole community to see, like other players’ outfits and browse the most popular ones.
- Makeup and undo: a new makeup category and an avatar undo button.
- Flying vehicles: new helicopter blades and a new VIP Quadcopter.
The listing ending doesn’t mean the feature goes away: Voldex hasn’t said whether Community Outfits reaches all players, stays in beta or changes. On November 5, Brookhaven’s game page still said there are “new community outfits in BETA testing for some players”. If you don’t see the Community Outfits tab, you’re probably in the 30% that hasn’t got it yet. You can still copy a look by item ID: our Brookhaven outfit codes list 47 checked IDs and explain how to enter them.

Brookhaven Halloween ends November 6
The “🎃 HALLOWEEN 🎃” listing (“Trick or Treat!”) started on October 23 at 18:00 UTC and ends Friday, November 6, at 17:44 UTC. That’s 9:44 AM PST, 12:44 PM EST and 5:44 PM in the UK. It’s Brookhaven’s only Halloween listing this year, and it covers the Candy Corn Hunt. If you still want the hunt rewards, our Brookhaven Candy Corn Hunt guide has every reward and location. Finish before Friday morning in the US: the hunt closes 76 minutes before Art Deco starts.
What to do before the Brookhaven update
- Finish the Candy Corn Hunt before Friday, 17:44 UTC. After that, the Halloween event is gone.
- Try Community Outfits before Thursday, 19:00 UTC if you have it. Note the item IDs of any looks you like, in case the beta changes when the listing ends.
- Decide on Premium before Friday. The free house needs nothing. The Premium House should need the 320-Robux Premium pass, but wait for the launch if you only want this one house and aren’t sure it’s part of the pass.
- Join a fresh server after 19:00 UTC on Friday and look for the new houses on the map.
