Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE launches on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 4 at 00:00 UTC, which is the evening of November 3 in the Americas (4:00 p.m. PT / 7:00 p.m. ET). Netmarble announced the date on the game’s official X account on October 28. The PC version has been out since November 2025 and costs $39.99 on Steam. Console prices haven’t been listed yet.
This is the premium action RPG based on the Solo Leveling webtoon, not the free-to-play mobile gacha game Solo Leveling: ARISE. The console date comes later than planned: Netmarble had promised a Q3 2026 launch back in April.

The PlayStation Store page is live and shows the November 4 date, but when we checked at 03:50 UTC on October 29 it was an announcement page with a wishlist button. It had no price and no pre-order. The Xbox version wasn’t listed in the US Microsoft Store catalog yet either. The existing Xbox listing covers only the PC version. For reference, the Steam version sells for $39.99. The console price is only confirmed once it appears on the PlayStation Store and Xbox store.
What kind of game is it?
OVERDRIVE retells Sung Jinwoo’s rise from E-Rank hunter to Shadow Monarch, and adds chapters that aren’t in the webtoon. According to the store description, combat is built around weapon combos, an “Extreme Evasion” dodge and perfect parries. A skill tree branches into eight job advancements, and you can craft weapons from the comic, such as Kasaka’s Venom Fang and the Demon King’s Daggers. Co-op raids let up to four players fight Commanders, either as Jinwoo or as a party of other hunters.
When Netmarble announced the game in August 2025, it called it a premium title, separate from the mobile game. In OVERDRIVE you unlock hunters, weapons and upgrades by playing. There is paid DLC, though. The June 2026 pack added the hunters Tawata Kanae and Goto Ryuji, the Razor Frost weapon and costumes. If you play the mobile game instead, our list of the best anime mobile games covers Solo Leveling: ARISE.

What changed on PC since launch
The PC version officially launched on November 24, 2025, and at first it required a constant internet connection. Players criticized that, and executive producer Gwanghun Kim promised an offline mode on launch day. A first offline mode arrived in March 2026, and the June 18 update made the game fully playable offline. The same update added the Jeju Island story chapter (Chapter 11) and a new Ant King boss. Early reviews were rough: Push Square notes that GamingBolt gave the PC version 4/10.
Netmarble hasn’t said whether the console versions include the Jeju Island chapter or the paid DLC at launch, or whether PC saves carry over. On PS5, the store listing says PS Plus is needed for online co-op and that the game supports the DualSense controller’s vibration and adaptive triggers.
What’s next
The next step is store prices and pre-orders on PS Store and Xbox, which Netmarble hasn’t dated yet. The game launches into a busy month, so see our list of every game coming out in November 2026. If you plan to play co-op on PS5, check what’s in PS Plus for November 2026, since online co-op on PlayStation needs a PS Plus membership.
