CD Projekt Red recently released another Hotfix for Cyberpunk 2077, and apparently, it has added even more bugs and fixed some of the old ones. People on Social Media are complaining about it. Some people are experiencing more crash issues with this new Patch. Their Xbox crashes every 10-30 minutes after the new update but that’s not just on Xbox. The issue is present on PlayStation consoles as well.
There are some new mission bugs too. There is a Takemura call bug, You cannot call him with the new update. You will have to revert the version to the previous one to do so. Some people have speculated that CDPR just fixed some minor bugs to make the Change log big, which could be the case.
Another bug is that some characters do not speak anymore it was added in the new update. There was no such bug like this in the previous version.
People on Twitter are complaining about this situation as well. This patch just caused even more bugs to appear if CDPR fails to make the game playable on Consoles, They will be charged 10 percent of their income by the Polish Government.
It seems according to a lot of people the new #Cyberpunk2077 patch (that was meant to be the first big update) has actually caused a TON more bugs to appear.
Aside from that it’s practically another hot fix… Nothing really new from what they’ve already done.

The only good thing this Patch did is that it makes the game look sharper and now it performs a little better, but it is still in an unplayable condition. This is not the first time an update has added more bugs to a game. This happened with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla previously as well.
Currently, it just looks like there’s only a little hope for a good playable version of Cyberpunk 2077 based on the recent updates. Hopefully I am wrong, but I do not think that this game will be fixed by 2022, which was supposed to be the original date of the time Cyberpunk would go gold, according to some developers.
