Nine games join Game Pass from Oct 21 to Nov 3, led by FF7 Remake Intergrade and day-one Mouthwashing on Oct 29. Tiers, times and what leaves Oct 31.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, The Séance of Blake Manor and Mouthwashing lead the second Xbox Game Pass October 2026 wave, which runs from October 21 to November 3. Microsoft announced the lineup on Xbox Wire on October 20, along with the nine games leaving the service on October 31 and two Football Manager 26 editions departing on November 10.

The tier matters more than usual this time. Six of the nine additions reach Game Pass Premium, but the two day-one launches, Scramble Knights Online and Terrible Lizards, plus Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted, are limited to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.

The headliners

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is the biggest name. Square Enix’s remake reached Xbox Series X|S on January 22, 2026, and it currently sells for $39.99 on the Microsoft Store. It covers the original story up to the escape from Midgar, and the Intergrade edition adds the INTERmission episode starring Yuffie. If you finish it and want to continue, our older guide to what to know before Final Fantasy VII Rebirth covers the second part.

The Séance of Blake Manor, from developer Spooky Doorway and publisher Raw Fury, is a supernatural detective mystery set in a remote Irish hotel in 1897. It launched on Steam on October 27, 2025, so the Xbox and Game Pass release lands exactly a year later.

Mouthwashing was added to the list after the October 20 ID@Xbox and IGN Showcase. Publisher Critical Reflex confirmed the October 29 date on Xbox Wire. Wrong Organ’s psychological horror game has been on PC since September 2024, and it’s $12.99 to pre-order on Xbox. Our ID@Xbox Showcase recap lists the other 20 games from the show, including the PlayStation and Switch versions of Mouthwashing.

Day-one launches and Game Previews

Terrible Lizards is the debut game from WDR Studios, which was founded by the creators of JTMusic. It’s a horror parkour game where you outrun threats instead of fighting them, and it launches on Steam the same day. Scramble Knights Online, from Funktronic Labs, is an MMO-lite co-op action RPG arriving in Game Preview. Two more games are already in Steam Early Access: Hooded Horse’s pixel-mining factory game Sandustry, and Friendly Foe’s co-op horror scavenger Pit of Goblin.

Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted, the 2025 HD remaster with new levels, comes in through EA Play, which is why it’s limited to Ultimate and PC Game Pass, the two tiers that include EA Play.

What’s leaving Game Pass on October 31 and November 10

Xbox Wire lists nine games leaving on October 31: Day of the Tentacle Remastered, Dead Static Drive, Deep Rock Galactic, Full Throttle Remastered, Grim Fandango Remastered, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Wartales and Wildgate. That’s one more than our October leaving-soon list from October 18. The extra game is Grim Fandango Remastered, which is still missing from Game Pass’s own leaving-soon list (eight games at 01:00 UTC today). Football Manager 26 (PC) and Football Manager 26 Console Edition follow on November 10.

The wave also brings two perks. The Elder Scrolls Online’s Season 2 update, Echoes of Skyrim, arrives October 21. THE FINALS has a Welcome Pack for all tiers, including Essential, with 500 Multibucks, a 25% XP boost and the “Pretty Hostile” set.

What’s next

Xbox Wire says it will “be back with more games soon”, so expect the first November wave in early November. Meanwhile, Fortune reported this week that Xbox plans to rework Game Pass with à la carte add-ons. Microsoft hasn’t confirmed that, so the tier lineup above is the one that applies to these games.
