WWE 2K22 just seems to be amazing because of all the information we have, and it is one of my most hyped games right now because of all the features that have been revealed by the developers; it really seems like an amazing return after the terrible 2K20, and if this game does not live up to the hype then I might be done with WWE games until they find better developers but anyway let’s get started on Everything We Know About WWE 2K22 including its Release Date, Platforms, Gameplay and News

The Release Date of WWE 2K22 is sometime in March 2022
It was confirmed a while ago that the release date for WWE 2K22 is sometime in March 2022 by the developers themselves; there is no fixed date yet, but we might be getting the date of the WWE 2K22 release in January because they said that they would reveal even more information about this game in January and I just cannot wait to get my hands on this game I really hope that they do not delay it they have already spent more than two years on this game, and the expectations are pretty high from everyone along with the hype.
The Platforms WWE 2K22 is confirmed to be on are PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC but not on Nintendo Switch
2K have confirmed that WWE 2K22 will be on Last-Gen Platforms along with PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, but a Nintendo Switch Port is not even in development reportedly since the Nintendo Switch cannot handle the game. To be honest, I do not blame them at all since the last WWE Game that got a Switch Port had a terrible port with tons of issues and performance issues. I hope that they take full advantage of the Next-Gen Consoles. I cannot wait to see what they do with the Adaptive Triggers and Haptic Feedback on DualSense I just hope that they use it well. Games nowadays feel a bit weird without proper usage of these features.
WWE 2K22 has a redesigned gameplay engine
WWE 2K22 will have that feeling of the classic WWE Games because of this newly redesigned gameplay engine it will have faster gameplay instead of going for the realistic approach animations will not be stretched out that much, and that’s a great thing because they just felt long most of the time this classic arcade feel will take back WWE Games to its roots and I just cannot wait to play this game for the gameplay alone I bet that I will have hundreds of hours if the game is good in general I hope that they fix their servers too I had a lot of issues with 2K Servers in the past, but if they don’t I will just have to stick to Local Co-Op I guess.
WWE 2K22 will feature the return of General Manager/GM Mode
The General Manager Mode or GM Mode was one of my favourite modes in the WWE Games, and it’s been more than a decade since we had it in the WWE Series, so after all that wait, it’s finally making a return. I hope that they added more features to it as well. I had the GM Mode Return in my Wishlist for WWE 2K22, too; I am pretty sure I will spend tons of hours in this mode alone; it just seems like a dream at this point for any WWE fan, and I hope that there is a multiplayer mode in WWE 2K22 similar to what Football Manager Online Mode is I am pretty sure that they can do it if they try to.

Gameplay

WWE 2K22’s official gameplay is most likely to be revealed in January since 2K said that they have much more to reveal in January. I hope that they reveal more information related to the modes as well and exactly reveal everything new that they have added to the modes along with a proper release date of this game. I expect more information to be revealed around the time of Royal Rumble 2022 or WWE Day 1 Pay Per View, which is supposed to happen on the New Year.
Better Creation Suite
2K have stated that WWE 2K22 is supposed to have a way better creation suite, but we still do not know what they have done with it. I hope that we can add more customisation to the stages, and everything the customisation to stages were very limited in the past WWE games. I also hope that you can add your own unique pyro for the opening of the events and everything like that.
