Dragon City has one code you can try first in November 2026: POLOWIN, which two code trackers list as active. Three more codes (NOMNOM, TRAILBEGINS and DRAGONCITY) appear on Pocket Gamer’s November 7 list, and none of the four has been confirmed in an official Socialpoint post we could read. Codes are redeemed on the game’s own website, not inside the app, and Pocket Gamer says they pay out food, perks and Joker Orbs, not gems.
Checked November 8, 2026, 18:10 UTC against the official Dragon City Gift Code Redemption page, Socialpoint’s Dragon City Help Center, Pocket Gamer’s Dragon City codes list (updated November 7) and MobileMatters’ Dragon City codes list (dated August 13).
Table of Contents
Quick answer
- Best code to try: POLOWIN. Pocket Gamer (Nov 7) and MobileMatters (Aug 13) both list it as active. Neither names its reward.
- Other listed codes: NOMNOM (pet food), TRAILBEGINS and DRAGONCITY (1 Reaper Perk, 1 Advanced Damage Perk and 1 Mystery Food Box). Only Pocket Gamer lists them as active, and MobileMatters had TRAILBEGINS and DRAGONCITY as expired on August 13, so treat them as unconfirmed.
- Where to redeem: the official redemption page at dragoncitygame.com/redeem, on the phone you play on. Log in with the game’s QR code, enter the code, then confirm.
- What codes give: food, perks and Legendary Joker Orbs, according to Pocket Gamer. No tracker lists a gem reward.
- Skip generators: Socialpoint’s help center says the game does not use third-party sites to give any in-game products.

Expired Dragon City codes
Pocket Gamer lists these as expired: DRAGONKING, SUMMERCROWN, LILYTREAT, FLAMEHEART, TUNDRATREASURE, FIRETRAIL, VAMPECLIPSE, STICKERPACK, MISTLEFATE, PRIDEFEATHER, FLAMEADVENTURE, LEATHERSPIKE, STRATEGIFT, COLORFULPRIDE, SAYCHEESE, PARTYCRASHER, TASTYCAKE, BESTIE and ONTWOFOUR. MobileMatters had DRAGONKING and SUMMERCROWN as active on August 13, so they ran out between that date and November 7.
How to redeem codes in Dragon City
Redemption happens on the web, which surprises players who look for a code box in the app. The steps below follow Pocket Gamer’s walkthrough; the page layout is on the official redemption page, titled “Gift Code Redemption”, with a “Gift Code” field and a Redeem button.
- Open the official Dragon City redemption page, ideally in the browser on the phone or tablet you play on.
- Type the code in the text box and press Log in and Redeem.
- Scan the QR code from the device where you’re logged in to Dragon City.
- Enter the code again in the text box that appears.
- Tick the checkbox under the rewards and press the green Confirm button.
The rewards arrive in the game afterwards, so check that you used the right account. If you’re already logged in and have several codes, Pocket Gamer says the Redeem tab sits in the menu (the three horizontal lines).
Where new Dragon City codes appear
The official site’s menu links to Dragon City’s Discord, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and X accounts. Pocket Gamer says new codes come out on the official Facebook page and the Discord server. Use those, not “free gems” sites. Socialpoint’s help center says the game does not use third-party sites to give any in-game products, and it advises buying only from official channels. We don’t link code or gem generators.
One older warning: a Gamer Tweak guide last updated April 30, 2024 said Dragon City had no code system at all. That’s out of date, because the official redemption page now exists and both lists above carry codes.

Free rewards that aren’t codes
The official site’s banner says: “Daily Streak is live! Check in every day to claim your free reward.” The Webstore also has a free daily gift, according to the developer’s November 2025 giveaway post, which tells players to check the Webstore every day to claim it. We can’t say what either gift contains today, because the pages don’t list it.
Dragon City’s own November 2026 events post (dated November 3) gives this schedule. Socialpoint adds that events can change at the last minute and that the in-game News pop-up has the final dates.

Dragon City codes compared with other mobile games
Dragon City’s codes are web-only. Other mobile games handle freebies differently. See our Clash Royale codes guide and Brawl Stars codes guide for the Supercell Store route, our My Singing Monsters codes page for another breeding game with no live promo code, and the Pokemon GO promo codes post for a web-redeem game that does list one. If you like building and expanding, our games like Township list has 12 more.
FAQ
Are there Dragon City codes for gems?
None of the codes listed above is described as giving gems. Pocket Gamer lists food, perks and Legendary Joker Orbs as the typical rewards.
Why does my Dragon City code say expired or invalid?
Both trackers say codes are time-limited and move to their expired lists, so an old code is the most likely cause. Check the spelling and that you’re logged into the right account on the redemption page.
Do I enter Dragon City codes in the game?
No. The walkthroughs we read use the official website’s redemption page, with a QR login from the device you play on. The rewards then appear in your game.
Are Dragon City codes the same on iOS and Android?
Pocket Gamer tags its list iOS and Android and describes one web redemption flow for both, with a QR login from the device you play on.
