Embracer Group acquires 4 More Studios

Embracer Group recently released a Press Release where they stated that they have acquired 4 New Studios and have Established a New Studio. The acquired Studios are Appeal Studios SA (Who are currently working on an Open-world sci-fi action-adventure and the team consists of 55 Employees), Kaiko (Kaiko has already worked with Embracer Group in the past they made Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning, Red Faction Guerrilla Re-Mars-tered, Legend of Kay Anniversary, Darksiders: Warmastered and Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition. This team currently consists of 10 Employees), Massive Mini Team GMBH (They are a newly formed Studio who will go under Handy Games, which is a subsidiary of THQ Nordic. This team consists of 20 People) and last but not the least is Frame Break AB (The studio was founded in 2020 and today has a team size of 5 persons. FRAME BREAK will be developing games based on their own IP, focusing on highly replayable co-op experiences on platforms like PC and Consoles. FRAME BREAK)
Embracer Group now has 68 Studios in different countries consisting of more than 7,100 employees, which is pretty crazy. The output from these Studios is gonna be crazy. Usually, Embracer Group releases around 5-10 Games Per Year, and with all these new acquisitions of this year and last year, the number is gonna jump up.
Embracer Group also owns THQ Nordic and Deep Silver.
