Prince of Persia Sands of Time Remake image leaked

Written by Ankit Gaba

Prince of Persia Sands of Time Remake was previously rumoured to be in development, but now an image has been leaked online, It will most likely get revealed at the Ubisoft Digital Event.

It looks like the OG version with no significant improvements so take it with a truckload of salt.

This image was leaked on Reddit earlier today it could be fake but there’s a chance that it’s real since many Ubisoft Games’ images have previously been leaked so, there’s a slight chance that it’s real, but still take it with a huge grain of salt.

Shortly afterwards the Reddit Account was deleted along with the post so, this seems suspicious.

Someone started a thread on ResetEra and asked What was the best way to play Prince of Persia Sands of time, Harker replied “Wait, not that long for the remake”

John Harker is a reliable leaker on ResetEra.

We haven’t seen a Prince of Persia game since the Assassin’s Creed series took off.

When in March Ubisoft released the Blades of Persia Event for For Honor which was a crossover event. This is the second Prince of Persia themed event added by Ubisoft after the recent VR room Prince of Persia Sands of Time addition. Harker had pointed this out specifically and commented, “I wonder if all of this is building toward something.”

Ubisoft hasn’t tried to do anything with the series other than mobile games, including an endless runner called Prince of Persia: Escape, though a VR escape room game called “Dagger of Time” had also been announced.
