The 16-Bit Retro Style Shoot em up game “Octonaut” where you play as an octopus is supposed to release next week on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One.

In Octonaut the protagonist is an octopus who flies he has to take it to the skies with eight small legs and a variety of weapons to fire at his enemies his mission is to save humanity from total annihilation.

Classic arcade side-scrollers inspire Octonaut, Octonaut, bridges the gap between nostalgic challenge and modern accessibility by allowing players to customize their shoot em’ experience with many play modes and difficulty settings Octonaut ranges from casual fun to a hardcore test of your skill.

The world of Octonaut has been taken over by an alien invasion it’s on the eve of destruction, and humanity calls out for help Octonaut has to save the world from the alien invasion by shooting and dodging his way through many action-packed levels with sinister bosses. Collect a variety of power-ups which includes lasers, bowling balls and ninja stars to take down the aliens and defend the planet

  • Play in Normal Mode with 1000 shield and three lives, letting you recover if you don’t take another hit too quickly.
  • Test your skill in Panic Mode with only a shield power-up and no HP, allowing only two hits before you’re cooked!
  • Design your challenge with Custom Mode to set max shield, lives, weapon, starting level, and more.
  • Enjoy a more casual experience in Assist Mode, cutting all damage in half.
